Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hamilton

We ordered 4 large pizzas and upgraded all of the crusts to deep dish and stuffed crust. Our order was just over $112. The pizza tasted amazing and all of our pizzas were correctly made. That being said.....I was disappointed that the pizza hut app does not work and has not worked for our area for years. It shuts down in the middle of ordering and removes items from the cart each time. After that I tried to order on the website and the website was having issues as well. So to no avail, I had to call our local pizza hut to place the order. The gentlemen on the phone was great, but while trying to speak to him the phone clicks on and off and cuts out making it hard to hear the person or understand them. Why does it take 3 different failed attempts to order pizza?? I wanted to order with the app so I could get the points for it. I also have a free pizza according to the app, but cant get it through the app because the app keeps removing it. We paid alot of money and we weren't even given any deals over the phone! Please fix your app, your website, and the local phone at the Hamilton Montana Pizza Hut. The potholes in the parking lot are like craters at this point and need some serious attention as well. We ordered pizza last night. I called for delivery because I was working on a project on my house but was told they wouldn’t deliver where I live because it was too far. I frequently see their competitors deliver past my house. I decided to order to pick up in the store, so I ordered (with a lady at the Hamilton store, not the corporate office). When my wife showed up to pick it up they could not find the order and told her I probably ordered at a different Pizza Hut. She ordered again at the window and sat in the waiting room. When it was time to go in and pick up pizza, they lost her order, AGAIN. The woman proceeded to place blame asking what color hat the guy that took the order had on, making it seem like she doesn’t believe my wife. Then the woman asked what kind of pizza was ordered and went back and found some. To make matters worse the lid for the wings was missing. I highly recommend against Pizza Hut, and I will never eat here again considering there was blame placing and no credit of any sort for making my wife spend an hour on something that should have...

Well, we normally don’t have problems here if we dine in. The service is GENERALLY great. However, tonight we ordered a takeout for pickup. Got to the window 5 minutes ish after it was supposed to be ready. We sat in their drive through for 20 minutes. The employees (there were 4) all saw us. Finally one guy brought an order to put in the warmer and I saw him mouth to the lady “there’s a car at the window” and 5 minutes later she comes to the window. We got our food, and we were missing breadsticks. When I informed her she kindof seemed to not believe me. I understand checking the receipt which can be normal procedure, however it was like she thought we were trying to get stuff for free. Anyway, she went and made them. It took quite a while. We got them, then we left. Got home, there’s a lovely long brown hair right on top of the breadsticks and the pizza is missing the bacon. I am extremely dissatisfied with...
