Having worked at a coffee shop for 4 years, I know that it’s fairly common to remember how your regular customers like their coffee... But when they remember your order even though you only go there about once a month if that, and don’t always get the same person, that’s exceptional customer service. I wish I knew the barista’s name so that I could give her a proper shout-out, but even so - the barista that was working this morning (and is usually the one there when I go) deserves a raise! She does an excellent job, consistently makes great coffee, and does it quickly with a smile - always.
