They didn't have any cookies and gave me a refund of $1.79. I pointed out that I paid $4.74 for the cookies and she grudgingly forked over another $1.79. We got to Subway at 9:06 (they're usually a bit behind with online orders), walked in, and asked for our order and they said "sorry, we don't have any meatballs- we can refund you."
