Iam an employee of Kodiak Jax’s! I want to correct the review that someone put “ we were told to go away” cuz it was to busy ? There is no one at my job that would have told a customer to go away … how would you like for me to write a review on your job site and lie ? The food industry is brutal ! We do the best we can to please you all! I love my job and the owners are very kind! It’s sad to read all the complaints.. as if you were in our shoes you would see things differently. We do the best we can! No one is perfect, mistakes happen. First off we don’t give silverware and napkins to all deliveries.if asked at the time of making your order we could have helped there. We also have two phone lines and two waitresses, when we have a full restaurant it’s hard to be on the phone constantly, as then we would be ignoring our customers that are seated. We always try our best to please everyone. Since iv started working here iv noticed how awful people can be. It’s truly sad.. shameful. We are not slaves, or any less then yourselves. We deserve to be treated respectfully as we treat you respectfully. Patience is something we all could use. Gratitude also. Be kind ! Enjoy life. And the little things “ food” being one of those things. People have good days and bad days. Plus you never know what someone could be going through. Think of others other then just yourselves. Read moreThe absolute worst experience ever! I have lived in Montana for over 20 years. I go to the Kodiak Jax in Stevensville and love it. I give the Stevensville location 10 stars. Great food, great service. I digress. We got to Kodiak Jax 11 at 5:30pm. tonight, Friday, Sept 30th, 2024! We left at 6:45 without eating! My wife ordered a Blt with Waffle fries, and I ordered a Gyro. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, no food while people who came in the way after us were served! The waitress came around once in a while and kept on telling us your food is almost ready. We had to be at a Football game at 7PM! Needless to say, we didn't eat! I will be calling to speak to the manager. This was literally the worse service in my 68 years. I have traveled to 3rd world countries, with way better service and results. I wish I could give this place a zero, which is what it deserves! My wife and I are in Hamilton a lot. Read moreI am giving no stars. We had eaten there and placed delivery orders several times and enjoyed it. The last time we ordered a delivery pizza we received the wrong order. When I called they said I had received someone else's order. They would deliver the correct one but it would be about 2 hrs. That would take us a few hours past dinner time with hungry people waiting. I told them we couldn't wait that long so the woman told me to bring the pizza back for a refund. I told her they should pick it up and refund the $35 cash. My husband called the manager to ask why it would take so long for the replacement. He didn't get the chance to ask. The manager started out with "if we didn't like their food go elsewhere and hung up". We took the pizza back to the restaurant and asked for our refund. The manager yelled loudly and told us to get out and not return. We did get the refund. We will be happy to never return nor order from them again.
