We had reservations for 4 at 6:45 Thursday March 21st, we sat at 7:15. Then it took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. We finally got our menu we had to wait at least 10 more minutes to order our drinks. Almost all wine is bottled, 45 dollars and up, only about 5 wines by the glass. No red blends!!! Another 10 to 15 minutes to order food. 2 out of the 5 of the main dishes we GONE... Remember that they only take reservations so they shouldn't run out of food....The only thing my husband could order was the 50+ filet mignon. Only about 4 oz and NOTHING comes with it. Yes it was good, but really. 3 of us ordered the steelhead, again nothing but the fish on the plate, and. mine was so rare I thought I was eating sushi. No vegetarian main dish. Not one person came to check on us, not one time. We had to get up and ask for water. We finally finished and had to wait for our bill. We got the bill and waited and waited to pay. We finally had to get up and bring our bill to pay to get out of there. What I noticed was there was ONLY ONE server and everyone else was just helping him. He never came to us again after he took our order. HE DID NOT DESERVE THE TIP, ALL THE YOUNG KIDS DID. THEY HELPED MORE THAN ANYONE. We made a reservation showed up couple minutes early easily sat. Coming in there is no direction nor a host stand or sitting area your kind of just standing there until someone notices you. I do not understand the server digging thru stacks of paper trying to find the right menu, there were no specials this evening or at least we were never offered any. We started with the flatbread, very well presented and flavor matched. Couple of rolls in beef fat and salt...ehh, not so great our third app was good the meat was tender and perfect. We ordered the pho and pork loin. Added a coffee it was the best thing on the table so good.. the pho is table made and it was fresh looking tasted well. The flavor and broth hit perfect. My pork loin on the other hand was dry and really small, portion sizes are not favorable here, whole my wife loves this place I'm still unsure, the decor is very basic nothing to identify where you are, place is clean and the open kitchen concept is a bit out dated but for here it should be a hit . Parking is terrible, We had far to many people coming and going from our table, as I'm sure the server will get the majority of the tip this is completely unwarranted. Of the 3-4 people who came to our table she most certainly did the very least. I probably won't be back here, but hopefully this village doesn't kill this business like...

Honestly this restaurant is so good. My husband and I went there just to check it out for the first time and we were very surprised at the quality of the food. It is reservation only which was kind of surprising but we made a reservation on our phones and we got in an 8 minutes. The service was absolutely impeccable we had many servers coming and refilling our drinks and refilling our wine. And checking on our food. It was so good I ordered a second steak as well as dessert. 8 out of 10

EDIT: So we have been back here 5 times now, and every single time, without fail, they impress. This January we had 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 sides with a bottle of wine for $160 dollars. It was AMAZING!!! The menu is always fantastic, the food is heavenly, and the service is exquisite🖤. We love the people and the atmosphere. It is a perfect blend of Italy and rustic Montana. The Brussel sprouts... I almost ordered another they were so delicious. The food here leaves you full without the regret. The chef is a genuine man who cares for his customers and excells in his food quality. We are so glad to have this restaurant and will be back time and time again. 🤗...
