Between the Worlds — Local services in Hamilton

We drove over an hour specifically to visit this store, making sure to check the hours ahead of time so that we wouldn't be inconveniencing them by showing up ten minutes before closing. Arrived around 4:45 to a store that closes at 6:00--and moments after we walked in the door, we were (fairly politely, I will admit) told, "Hey guys, we're actually closing in about five minutes for an appointment." We double-checked both their front door and their Facebook page after leaving--there was absolutely no notice on either place that they would be closing an hour early. When a business is closing early, it is professional and courteous to your customer base to at least post a notice on your door stating such. We would never have put the folks in the store in a position to have to tell us they were closing in five minutes; had a sign been posted, we would have simply turned around before entering the store.

We were very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and would not make a second trip out of our way to visit the store, which in itself is nothing one cannot obtain at any pagan/new age shop online or in a...

The second I opened the FIRST door into the lobby before even walking into the store, I felt the positive energy emanating from the store. Once I walked in I felt at home. The energy in this store is so calming and welcoming that I could see myself snuggling into the reading nook and staying for hours. I joked with my boyfriend that I was going to inquire if I could move in! This is a beautiful metaphysical store with all you need! I am so excited to help a local business! Thank you for being so great and providing something so needed to this community.

The new location is so beautiful and spacious, yet has that same feeling of being welcoming and feeling like you're at home. The coffee and tea bar are great and the conversations are wonderful! There are so many beautiful candles, books, salt lamps, and more. It's a fun place to browse around for a unique gift for those special people in your life.
