I had been having a little sore throat & had plans to be leaving for family vacation Friday & wanted to ensure everything was clear before going b/c I couldn’t swing it. Had the opportunity to see the NP, Boudreaux - it’s always a pleasure to go to this Urgent Care & see Mrs. Boudreaux & her team - they truly exemplify the true meaning of quality patient care. Very professional, caring , compassionate & concerned. I highly recommend everyone to go to this urgent care & not go to the long waits at the ER. They also have xray capabilities on site. When she says she’ll send your Rx’s over they are sent over & waiting for you at your pharmacy. They have a process that works . Thank ya’ll for providing quality...

OMGOSH!!! the toilet seats were broken. Bathroom was nasty. Trash everywhere and toilets uncleaned. I actually threw away the trash all over the bathroom while I was there. The entire back of the store is unorganized. The doors are not handicapped accessible. They're not automatic, and extremely hard to pull open. The floors look horribly scummy...
