Here's the thing....this place has IMO the best Pizza around.....with one caveat. That it depends on who makes it. I wish I knew the name of the man behind the oven that seems like an owner, he seems like a weight lifter. He makes the pizza AMAZING. The other person who sometimes, generally it seems during Sunday and Weds Thurs make a decent pizza but it is different enough to notice.
The place is only open Wed-Sun and sometimes pizza on Monday night would rule but I get it, times are tough, and if there's not enough business no point. I also wish they had a more expanded menu, however, I get it.
The pizza has fresh dough, great sauce, and fresh toppings with a definite Brick Oven taste. They add some fresh Parmesan on top to finish it off. Very very good pizza.
Friday and Sat are very busy but they pick up wait time has never been more than 30mins.
I would highly recommend them for fresh pizza and other Pizza Restaurant staples.
Cash and Card accepted with some alcohol for takeout and dining in.
I don't have anything negative aside from some consistency with the pizza and I wish they were open more but those are small things.

Visited 12/4 Friday night so I would expect a 50min quote for pickup. Get there an hour after the order is placed. My single pizza isn't done. No matter as long as it's right. I asked for well done. I got the feeling they made it when I showed up. They hand me my pizza after a 10 min additional wait. Again, no biggie if it's right. I opened the box there because I knew it wasn't well done or even cooked all the way. It wasn't. I asked them to put it back in the oven. The pizza sadly is like the last 2 times I got it, not cooked right and the quality is significantly lower with this cook then the one I mentioned above. They seemed rushed and the quality dropped. It's even poorly sliced which who cares but it shows they rushed. Not sure it's worth the $19.
They had the best pizza since opening but sadly I'll try them once more but if it's no good again, that's it. It's...
Read moreIt’s so tough to review this place. We are LONG time customers through their open-closed-open-closed-open status. Years ago, we used to pop in for cupcakes and pies and bread and milk and eggs and pizza dough and so forth. Their most recent manifestation yields the same great pizza they sold during Stage Two (or actually three, if you count Vet’s Sunrise). However, their new policies are bizarre and they are not accommodating. For example, at present anyway, you cannot purchase a large pizza to eat there at the store. Large pizzas are for take-out only. “Why?” I asked. After all, we have four kids, so we normally get two to three large pizzas. No rationale was provided. I can only assume that now that they have a liquor license, they want to make money on plated meals and alcohol, not families or a group of four or more splitting pizzas. When I went to place a large order today, I was told that I could not split toppings on my large pie. (My kids don’t like the mushrooms, but I do.) I was also told that they would NOT be able to NOT put parmesan cheese on the tomato pie (my husband is vegan.) “Why?” I asked. Because they would have to make a new pizza. I kid you not. They were going to sell us a premade pizza and were unwilling to make a new one. Well, I’m pretty disappointed because I love their pizzas and their new drink menu looks fun, but I’m not sure I can in good conscience patronize a business so unaccommodating to long-time customers. We regularly patronize other places anyway, like Bruni’s and Mario’s and Nino’s and Brother’s, so I would unfortunately recommend that you take your...
Read moreLong review- but well deserved! I told my Husband I had been wanting to try this place for a while. Well, last night, pregnant me thought how about tonight?! Said they closed at 10..and took me a little longer to get ready. By the time we got there it was 9:29 and I said to my husband “ugh I don’t want to be THOSE people”
We walked in and the woman told us the kitchen was closed. Again, pregnancy hormones kick in and I wanted to cry myself back to the car. lol. I had heard so many good things about this place and we finally made it and I was too late. So we said ok…..-until someone from a group at table said “wait wait wait you want pizza? Come on sit down” I’m going to strongly assume it was the owner… we were hesitant to accept it because again; I don’t like being those people who come in last minute and we even said we’d just order to go; but he insisted we stay to eat.
Now to the actual review: VERY GOOD Pizza. The moment I took a bite I looked at my husband and said “we have to come back”. It’s an 18 minute drive for us (not far) but well worth the little drive.
While I’m sure no one there knew I was even pregnant, I just want to let it be known I was a very very happy person last night. Last few days were rough, and I just wanted to get out the house and get some pizza lol. Literally.
We will be back soon. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The two pizzas we got were so good, we told my son he has to come with us next time.
Also; while I can’t drink now, the drink menu looked really good as well!
Thank you for amazing food but also...
