Eat'n Park — Restaurant in Hampton Township

We just left and am in a little shock how the server Nicolette treated us. I was there with my two young daughters and family. I ordered one kids meal (2 pancakes+ sausage plus an extra side of sausage). When we got our food she brought out 2 kids meals plus 2 sides of sausage. I told her that I didn't order that much. She just said "oh ok I thought you did." Didn't say ok I'll take it back. So just let it go. She never came back to our table. I talked to another employee and one employee took off a kids meal. I tried to get my check back after waiting another 15 minutes . An employee told me that Nicolette said "they ate it so we can pay for it." We didn't eat it actually because she brought out so much extra. She didn't even have the decency to bring us our check. She looked miserable the whole time we were there. I've been a server before and that was someone who shouldn't be dealing with people. She looks like she wants to off herself and something is serious going on in her life. Still no way she should act that way. I felt bad in the beginning for her and ended up still tipping because I don't want to mess with someone's money during the holidays. Hopefully you tell her how to conduct herself while waiting tables.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken salad without French Fries. I know blasphemy in Pittsburgh. When the salad arrived it had Fries on it and the asked for it to be remade. The server took it back and came back 2 minutes later and asked if f it was a food allergy. I explained it was not but I would like the salad remade. She goes in the back and comes back 2 minutes later with the Fries pulled off of it. The asked if she just pulled the Fries off and she said she did. I asked again for it to be remade. She then took the salad back and hollared like I was being a jerk for everyone to hear. He wants it remade!!!! Next time I saw her I asked to talk with the manager. She again went into the kitchen and hollared. Now he wants to talk to the manager!!!! The Manager came out and I explained the issue and the hollering and I was concerned with what would happen next and he agreed and said he wasn’t sure what else was gonna happen but that he would go back and attempt to have the cooks make the food right and not do anything to it. I will never go back here and would not recommend it to anywhere. No control by management, staff is outta control. No way to run...

It's conveniently located by the exit of PA 376 toll parkway and PA route 8 .. I am glad the salad bar stay opened till late at 10pm. For my visit, it was just enough time for me to enjoy it leisurely as I got there at 9pm. The hostess was nice to let me choose my table by the window where I could still kept an eye for my minivan. I have been travelling and had a lot of stuff in my vehicke that I want to make sure they are not being tempted by others to help themselves to it.

My choice of dinner of the house burger and the salad bar was plenty. It was a great dinner with a bonus addition of a wonderful and helpful server name Grace. Grace was very cheerful and accomodating. She nade sure I was fine with my food and drink.

Like most Eat'nPark restaurant with high traffic, this one seems to manage well. The staff were young, fast moving, friendly and showing easy smiles all around. The men's bathroom that I checked out was clean and dry.
