McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton Township

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this location is. My family and I just got done shopping and stopped here to grab some dinner. There was nobody in line at this time. I ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and one small fry. (1 with no ketchup and 1 with only ketchup) we pulled around and only waited about 3 minutes for the food to come out the window. I always check before leaving because we live about 25 minutes from here. The burgers were soaked in ketchup, I mean completely drenched to the point it was seeping through the wrappers. The fries were tossed in the bag and obviously very old and cold. I decided to go back in, because there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be served food like that. I spoke with a manager, who was not friendly at all. We stood there about 5 minutes and saw the young group of kids in the back remake our sandwiches, while complaining. We received the items back, they looked a bit better but still just absolutely soaked in ketchup. At this point I’m over it and just wanted to get home. I have never been so disappointed! As a little girl my grandmother would take me to this location and it was always the best! I am completely shocked at how terrible this place has become! If you would have made our food the proper way the first time, you wouldn’t have had to start over. A bunch of young generation kids who are lazy and want to act like fools. Never again! I will be in touch...

UPDATE: I had a hard time getting a cup of coffee at a close by McDonald's, so I drove to this one. I placed an order for a large coffee citing the fact that I'd already tried to get a coffee at another location and was unsuccessful. The cashier asked me to tell her what had occurred there. After telling her how I had gone through the drive thru, and my request for coffee had been met with lots of giggling and a randomly yelled, "What?!", the cashier asked me if I was "on something". When I replied that I neither drink nor smoke, much less do drugs (actually for health reasons), she asked again. "Are you sure you're not on something? It seems like you are." The management team claims to be handling this unreasonable behavior from their cashier. I have no idea what they'll say. I'll update when new information is available.

Despite the franchise owner being a tyrant both toward staff and even customers, the employees/manager are courteous towards the customers. They are organized and this restaurant...

Can't give this location a 5, been there a few times, most times have been good though. The 4 star is because last time, even though I told the first window person what order I was paying for, the second window person didn't seem to understand which likely resulted in two orders being handed to the wrong people. This is probably caused because of the order both line up, and employees being too ingrained with the 'norm' of the flow. So, person out there, I hope you enjoyed the extra nuggets, and the deluxe 1/4 pounder while i got your small fry and plain double 1/4 pounder lol. Either way, not mad, things happen, 4/5 to hope they fix mix ups...
