We usually order carry out from Domino's, as the store is less than a mile from our house. It only takes a few minutes to drive there and the carry out special on a large 3-topping pizza is a pretty good deal. The pizza tracker on the Domino's app gives us an idea of when our order will be ready to pick up, which makes things pretty easy. If our order isn't waiting for us when we come to get it, the litter is ready within a few minutes after arriving. My only complaint is, when ordering premium items from the menu, especially chicken, the employees preparing the pizzas tend to skimp on such premium items. When ordering a pizza with DOUBLE chicken, one would not expect to get a pizza with only one piece of chicken on a slice and 2 to 3 at the most. On one order, there were pieces with only barbeque sauce and cheese, but no chicken. It is disappointing, especially considering that premium items cost extra, including sauces. However, having worked for Domino's many years ago, cutting costs by skimping on toppings is a common practice of most, if not all, managers in just about every pizza chain of which I've ever heard. Overall, this store does a good job. The employees are very polite and helpful and or orders are always ready in a timely fashion. Hopefully, management reads these reviews and will see that customers pay attention to what they are/are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just want to say after a rough night, Dominoās delivered. š„°Regretfully, my son wanted to try The Edge pizza from a local Pizza Hut. I spent $50 online just for them to call and tell me I could not receive my food because they had no delivery drivers. I was then told Iād have to wait 2-4 business days to get my money back.š I then called Dominoās and ordered from the location in Downtown Hampton. The same issue happened where they had no drivers. I was so frustrated at my experience. I explained to the manager what took place and she was completely empathetic to my circumstance and need. I was willing to walk and get my pizza because I couldnāt bear spending another dime with no product. Iād have driven to pick it up, but my daughter utilized my car to get to work, so I had no transportation. I told her Iād walk with my 9 year old son to pick it up. She told me she could not allow me to do thatā¦she would bring me my pizza personally, and she threw in a marble brownie because of the night I had. When I say this is what customer service should beā¦:it is! Iām grateful this young woman went above and beyond to right all the wrongs that took place tonight. Thank you for ensuring that leadership and management is TOP NOTCH in your establishments. Dominoās gained a whole new level of respect from me tonightā¦as well as a lifelong customer! Jill is AMAZING!...

The any two for $6.99 deal online is very misleading, and basically a bait n switch. So when you click on that deal, you would think it would display all the items that are a part of the deal right? Well, it does, but it also displays the items that are not priced at $6.99, as part of the deal. (ex. Boneless Wings are a part of the deal at $6.99. Bone-in wings are displayed as part of the deal, however, they are $8.99. This is not displayed once you click on the deal where you make the selections, but it is in very small print on the original page, under the very large "$6.99"). Maybe its shame on me for not reading the small print, but as a customer I felt this was somewhat deceptive. I also ordered the NY Style Pizza. Nowhere near NY Style. Didn't taste bad, just was a thin crust regular pizza, that was on the level of frozen thin crust pizza. Hadn't ordered Dominos in a long time. It will probably be a long time again. Overpriced for the...
