Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hampton

Just almost always a bad experience I don’t know why we go here. It’s like we wait a while go back and it’s still bad service. Went today and the young lady at the window took my phone for payment, gave me my phone back, handed me the bag of food that’s soaked in grease all around the bag, handed me my drinks, and then closed the window in my face. My heart sank cause it’s just an ugly bad vibe that I got. I feel like I did something wrong literally. There was no good morning, repeat of the cost for the food, or thank you have a nice day. I like to say hello and thank you to people. So I just don’t get it. I called spoke to someone who said she’s supposed to say good morning smh. She said she will call her boss and tell her. I work in management and I told her there is no way that would be allowed. Should’ve went to chic fil a. There was a ton of ketchup and jelly that would be thrown away and is just wasteful. I didn’t even ask for condiments though it’s nice to put a couple in. But it was a bunch and the hash browns were mushy and greasy thrown in disarray in the bag. Wrappers on the biscuits were soaked in grease so imagine getting food out of that bag. I wish they would make an effort to improve their customer service. I can come in and overhaul the place. I gave this place 3 stars a few months ago. Decided to give it another chance yesterday. I used to love Hardees but its so horrible now. This is the 3rd location that I have been to and I will not return to this franchise. The food was almost mediocre but the service was just absolutely horrible. I asked the lady at the window if they had anything like a dollar menu. She replied in a very condescending tone "no we don't sell no burgers for a dollar". I let it go giving her the benefit of the doubt. Then at the window she sat there laughing with who I can only assume was her equally unprofessional manager. She didn't greet me or give me a total or anything. Just snatched my card and all but threw my bag of food at me before shutting the window. Then I sat there at the window becuase I wanted ketchup and napkins. When she finally opened the window it was completely obvious that I was annoying her. She didn't even say anything when she opened the window! Just stared at me. As soon as I said the word ketchup she grabbed an obscene amount handed them to me, dropping them everywhere inside and outside and then shut the window before I could even ask for napkins. What a horrible employee and to be sitting next to a manager while it was happening?!...

I don't know about anyyyyy..body else's experience, but I tell you what..Hardee's don't ever have to worry about me eating there ever again! Where I'm from, there is no Hardee's so I wanted to try one & was very, very hungry & did not fix dinner. When you're hungry, you're hungry. My s.o. brought me a hamburger that was not fixed right at all🥺 I had to look at it a couple of times because I couldn't believe it. It was dry & burnt hard on the edges, dry sesame seed bread, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, & onions.. I ate half of the burger, gave away the other half, they threw the cold fries away in the trash & that was it. About 5:00 pm. Maybe it had sat under the lights too long but it was not fresh at all! Whomever the Manager is ought to be ashamed for even allowing their employee to put out something out of their establishment like that! Eat there at your own risk! Umm..just no! And...
