The gentleman who took my order was very kind, but the manager seemed on the defensive and had a rude way about her. I could tell that she was impatient because the lobby was closing soon and she was ready for us to leave. The manager overheard me telling the young man who took my order about how one of the other employees charged me for a drink a few days prior when I asked for a courtesy cup. I inquired if the young lady who charged me was a manager and the actual manager thought I was talking about her so she stood next to the young man then said, "Yes, I am a manager". I guess she thought I was complaining about her. When the young man told her which employee I referring to and the situation, she said, "Oh, we don't have courtesy cups," but she said it with a rude undertone. Also, I overheard her talking to one of the other workers about me in the back about the cup situation, and the worker looked towards me, then the manager said, "Yeah, sorry can't help you (regarding the courtesy cup). She went back into the store and asked the woman regarding the discount, the woman stated to her “it is too much work to fix it” and explained the process. My daughter has a short fuse so she walked away. As I stated I had just picked her up from work, which meant she was in full military navy uniform. I’m not sure why the cashier never even asked my daughter for her military ID, but most times if you are in military uniform, they don’t ask, they just give the discount. Read moreI will not be returning to this KFC location. Every time I visit, the service and quality fall short of the KFC name and mission of “to serve finger lickin’ good food at a fast pace, with a smile, in a way that leaves every customer satisfied.”
I placed an online order that showed as “ready” in the app, but when I arrived no one was at the front counter. After waiting, someone finally came out to assist me. I was also told this location doesn’t carry honey garlic sauce on the wings—even though it was listed as an option in the app. When I got home, none of the sauces I requested were included, and the gravy I paid extra for was also missing.
The customer service and efficiency at this location are not up to par.
Suggestions for improvement:
Keep the app updated with accurate menu options.
Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
