Subway — Restaurant in Hampton

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. THEY RUN OUT OF INGREDIENTS ALL THE TIME AND IF SOMETHING DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY THAN THEY JUST STAND THERE AND STARE AT YOU. I CALLED AHEAD TO CHECK TO SEE IF THEY ACCEPTED APPLE PAY I WAS TOLD YES ON THE PHONE AND YES WHEN I ASKED AGAIN IN THE RESTAURANT. MY SANDWICH WAS MADE AND WHEN I WENT TO PAY IT WAS NOT WORKING. THE BOY BEHIND THE REGISTER DID NOTHING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE COULD BE BUT JUST SAID. "WELL MY APPLE PAY WORKS". I DID NOT GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED AGAIN BECAUSE THEY JUST STARE AT YOU. Very clean atmosphere, lots of choices for bottled beverages. Mrs. Dipti was exceptionally friendly and had a LOT of kind patience with the customers in front of me in line. My only concern is that they seemed to be missing some items that I normally don’t find out of stock at other locations, such as oregano, bottled water, and one or two fountain soda choices. I am assuming it was the owner that served me. Only gave me a tiny bit of cheese shredded and charged me extra for what would be a normal amount of cheese and my other foot long I had no cheese. He told me I couldn't have any extra Olives and I said what about the Subway slogan of have it your way. He lectured me on how much Olives cost and said I could have it my way, but refused more olives. I didn't put a tip in and I will never back to this Subway again.
