Sweet frog Premium Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Hampton

Unable to rate food or atmosphere. Arrived near closing time to see store full of customers, but staff member was very aggressive and raised her voice to tell me that they were closed. Perhaps she meant closed for a private event? If so, signage on the door might have been helpful, or she could have walked up to me to let me know that they were closing. Generally, good customer service practice would be to convey an apologetic tone for being unable to serve a customer. Instead, her tone bordered on anger and conveyed disgust: how dare I not understand her the first time when I thought she said "Hello," but meant "We're closed." As with so many things in life, it's not what a person says, but the manner in which they say it that makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this team displayed poor character...

There was a 18 year old looking girl who obviously didn’t know how to do her job. While I was picking my toppings and scooping them out, she was cleaning/restocking the plates while she could see I was reaching my arm out to grab the toppings.

Then when I was done she was sharpening her nails when there was another customer coming. Then she said welcome, I don’t remember getting any welcome from her?

And then when we were checking out she had some kind of attitude towards us, and I am assuming that it was her first day at work. She needs to be trained on her attitude towards customers

Because we are regular Sweetfrog customers and we did not feel welcomed...

I just discovered a new Sweet Frog 🐸 location in Hampton VA, The staff was so warm and freindly I met Elainee who provided me and every guest with exceptional customer service.

Because I'm vegan there's not too many options for Ice cream🍦 or frozen desserts here in Hampton VA. It was extremely hot 🔥 today and this place is a true gem. I enjoyed my pineapple 🍍 and Mango mix today.
