This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten from. My husband and I ordered our meals from the drive-thur, I ordered a number 7 which was a chicken sandwich meal and my husband ordered a number 5 which was a Baconator sandwich meal, I asked for fresh fries for both our meals. We proceeded to window number 1 and paid for our meals and went to the next window to pick up our food. My husband was driving so when he received our food, I looked inside the bags to make sure our food was all there. Like I said before I asked for fresh fries when I was ordering our food, however when we got our meals the fries was not fresh at all, it appeared to be fries that was seating had been refried a couple of times. I immediately handed the fries to a employee by the name of Jayda and asked to for fresh fries. We waited in the drive thru line for about 2 minutes when she returned with our fries, at this time my husband drove away from the window and when I looked into the bag, for the second time the fries I received was NOT fresh, once again it was fries that was seating and appeared to be refried. The fries was not hot, it was barely room temperature warm. At this time I asked my husband to go inside, return the fries and ask for fresh fries. He went inside and requested fresh fries once again, this time he came back to the car and said to me that their dropping fresh fries, it will take about 4 to 5 minutes before their down. To make a long story short, the third fries we received was NOT fresh, we received the same fries we originally had. I honestly don't eat anything from Wendy's, I'm more of a Chick-fil-a customer. Today I went in to pick up breakfast sandwiches for a group of 10 people. Just sandwiches, nothing fancy.
Of course with an order that large I had to pull forward to wait for my order. The lady asked me to move forward and closed the window and started taking her next order. OK no big deal, but I didn’t get my receipt which I need for work so I waited until she opened the window again. She kindly handed me my receipt and I rolled forward.
While waiting for my order I looked over the receipt and noticed 2 Local Promo #2 were added to my simple order at an additional $2.00
I thought for a minute then, since I was waiting I got out and pulled on the door (it was locked). Someone in a blue shirt opened the door and I asked what was added to my order. She had no idea what a local promo 2 was and tried to close the door on me to go find out. I said no, I can come inside and followed her to the counter.
After some questioning, it was discovered/decided the Local Promo #2 is a children’s cancer key chain (that I’m sure the stores are pressured to sell) and my Host: Shaquala, added them to my order without asking or telling me about them and then conveniently forgetting to hand me my receipt.
The blue shirt read something something management and she said she would be there all day. I strongly suggested she look into how often this is happening because even though I support charities and donating to worthy causes, taking money without asking is not cool. It’s...
Read moreThe only reason we visit this Wendy’s is because of convenience. The last 3 visits the service has gotten worse each time. The employees could care less about your business that’s if they decide to take the time to wait on you (drive thru or inside) do the very minimum, are rude, and almost always leave something out of your order or get it completely wrong altogether. This afternoon was the last time we will ever try to order from this location. My husband decided to go inside and order our meals because like I’ve stated we always get home and half our order is missing or coming wrong. He stood in line behind 2 other people waiting. The employees never acknowledged any of the customers standing in line much less tried to take their orders. They stood around socializing and doing their own thing instead. Finally after several minutes one after another the customers left. Still no one said anything to my husband. He eventually left and took our business elsewhere. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is insane. It’s always been just an OK restaurant but over the last year or so it’s gotten ridiculous.
