Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hanford

This place was my one stop pizza spot over the years.. even for a few birthday parties. Few months ago I showed up for dinner beer was flat, after some troubleshooting by employees it still was flat so they just seem to give up.. 2 weeks ago I went to have lunch and soda was flat, after addressing the issue employees started working on it and nothing this time our pizza was on the table and they still could not fix the problem so I asked for my $3 refund on my soda and ask for a cup for water the cashier gave me the small water cup most restaurants give out but for the inconvenience I asked if I may have large cup for water and she clearly said "use the one you used for soda" my response was no it is full of syrup she said "well you have to give me your cup" as soon as I picked it up to hand it over confused she rudely grabbed out of my hands, that was my breaking point since she was already rude from the beginning..there was a staff of like 20 employees and that place was a mess restrooms and all plus a hvac technician taking apart a ac unit over the kitchen was what I think a no no..I turned around and asked towards someone that looked to be the manager and ask upset who is running this show she pointed to some guy in the kitchen that looked like he could bearly figure out if he was at work or home .. what a...

If I could give this place no stars I would. We ordered online with a wait time of 60 minutes and ordered at 6:30. By 8:20 the pizza was still not delivered so we called the store to ask where our order was to where the guy who answered the phone said "In reality it's taking like 2 hours for delivery and your pizzas haven't even gone in the oven so you're looking at closer to 9 before they're done" so I asked that out order be changed to pick up and when I asked to speak to the manager all he said was "I'm sorry to hear that" and walked away. On hold for so long I drive to the pizzeria from across town before the guy on the other line picked back up; only to put me on hold again. Get to the pizzeria and the place is a wreck. Bathroom is a wreck. Pizza showed up and was delicious. If it wasn't for the pizza tasting like the tears of virgin Dutch Milk Maids I would have given this joint 1 star. Moreover; service was absolutely awful and the place wasn't even packed. The best part about my experience was leaving. Why can't this place be as decent as the...
