Wow, my experience at this coffee shop was phenomenal! The customer service was exceptional. Both of the customer service baristas were friendly and polite as well as efficient. They communicated well with one another and they information that they both provided me with, regarding the point reward system helped me to decide; when I want a frozen refreshment or a hot cup off coffee, that this is where I want to treat myself. I found it delightful to have interacted with youths that provided; information, polite conversation, professional respectful communication service with genuine warmth and a smile. I love this place but my drink last nite was not what I usually get. And when I made a complaint to the ladies at the window within an HR. I was contacted by Melissa. She was either the manager or owner she called me and made my nite. It was wonderful to know that they are not corporate enough to be so very personal and polite. In boycott of Starbucks I have began to try local coffee shops and this one seemed promising. I’m so happy that looks weren’t deceiving as their coffee is incredible, prices reasonable, and customer service impeccable.
