This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely fantastic food, wonderful hospitality and environment. The chips and salsa are homemade and so delicious. My wife and I have gone twice and both times were consistently good. The first time I ordered the carnitas with beans and rice. The second time I ordered the Chile Verde (picture below) with rice and beans. When I took that first bite of their food, I thought I was in Abuelita's house. Both dishes were delicious. I order simple dishes the first time I try out a new place. My logic is, if they can't get a simple recipe right, then there's no point going back to try out the rest. They hit a home run both times. The corn tortillas are homemade and out of this world! I'm glad to see a new business opening up in Hanford like this. We need more of it. I am now a regular. Mexico Lindo Grill is a family run business. Me and my wife had the ground beef enchiladas and the caldo de albondigas . Both of these dishes were excellent ! The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and calm. The service was outstanding. The server Erica (daughter of the owner) was very attentive and gave excellent service. I highly recommend this place if you love authentic Mexican food , It will certainly delight your pallet . The owner Blanca and her family will graciously seat you and serve you as if you were a family friend/family. Don't just take my word for it. Stop by and tell them Louie sent you. Mexico Lindo Grill is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The rice is sooo good! I'm not usually a big fan of refried beans but I do like theirs. I ordered a chicken taco with cheese in a hard shell and it was great; the cheese was completely melted and the chicken wasn't at all dry. I feel that whoever is cooking in the back knows what they are doing and pays attention to the details👌 I've had the same waitress twice and she has been great; she is super personable and friendly.
