Drink Station Boba, Coffee, & Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Hanford

Im reviewing this visit because Google maps asked me to. I am visiting from Reno, NV and after work at about 4:00pm on a Wednesday afternoon, I navigated to this little shop, but there wasn't anyone inside of the building. I didn't see an entrance for people who want to order inside, so I drove through the first drive thru window and waited there for about a minute with my window rolled down peeked in, just in case I saw someone so I could wave them over. No one was at that window.

I drove to the other window which seemed like the one where you'd get your order, and the little sensor kept going off inside, but no one would come to the window. After about two or three minutes, I just drove off. I'm guessing there may be just one employee working at a time, and he or she may have been on break. There was a red neon sign that said "Open," so I'm guessing they're still...

We got upcharged and I'm not exactly sure why. I understand the upcharge for boba, that's written clearly on their menu. I also understand the upcharge for an additional flavor to the drink, but I don't understand the extra charge for a custom item?

We ordered 2 cold milk teas. One was taro, one was strawberry banana--both with boba. They charged $2 for a custom item on top of the boba charges and the flavor charge. Maybe we just didn't spend enough time looking over the menu to understand their prices, but $15 for two medium size drinks is too much.

Also, chill your boba please. 🤢 Not tasty having hot boba in a frozen drink

This place is such a hidden gem!! I'm so happy to have found a good boba spot here after moving from the bay area, where I was used to getting boba regularly. I got the taro slush boba and it was the perfect drink to enjoy with the summer weather!

Also, to the handful of reviews requesting chilled boba--FYI chilled boba is hard as a rock! Hahah If you've ever put leftover boba in the fridge, you know how hard it gets when it's cold. Boba is only soft and chewy when it's warm.

Definitely recommend this place if you're looking...
