Food is Good..Customer Service not so good. Ordered my order adding items to my dish and taking out some items..in other words i special ordered My food to call when it was made incorrectly to be told that it WAS put in the meal very argumentative, when it wasnt...It WAS put on the receipt, OBVIOUSLY NOT read..I said no it wasnt and asked for a replacement order and was told I have to bring the meal back today now or dont eat it and bring it back tomorrow?!...So yall mess up and I'm Hungry and Disabled and suppose to go back?! After Knee replacement..Are you effin kidding me?!..In rush hour at dinner time..my order should have been right first off and replaced at MY convenience, Especially since I was in there earlier that week where the food was delicious. I mistakingly left my debit card in there. Called that day searching for it to be told by a woman they did not have it...Went in there today and was given the cancelled card...i dont even bother to complain anymore, just lose my business and referrals...Today was just enough..and got the nerve to be expensive..Act upscale! I wont be back. Asked to add Bean Sprouts and asked for Extra...Not one...only Onions...But I was told they were in there? Why would i call? Some people are Great Customers and just want what they ask and pay...

Revised review - eating the leftovers from earlier and found a staple and another piece of metal in the fried rice. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The food is horrible. We know that egg rolls are made with a little peanut butter, but we can literally only taste peanut butter and nothing else. The egg foo young has all egg with no vegetables and some pork in it. The gravy is missing the oyster sauce that all egg foo young gravy from every other restaurant has in it. It’s bland and tastes more like gravy you’d put on mashed potatoes rather than a Chinese dish. The fried rice is bland and has an odd taste that we can’t pin point. When I called to complain I was told that maybe I should order from somewhere else next time, which will definitely be the case. All in all we will never be ordering from here again. I can’t say this emphatically enough after reading other reviews and finding foreign objects in our food from this place. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOD FOR UNSAFE FOOD AND PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN DANGER. SERIOUSLY, a STAPLE IN THE FRIED RICE COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN CHOKED ON AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO OUR THROATS OR MOUTH. CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT...

Fortune House has always had subpar food but their prices were low and they had decent portions. The food was decent but nothing to get excited about.

They have raised their prices a lot and the food quality has gone down substantially. The sad part is, if you order from Ubereats or Doordash, you can see that they are just charging anything they can. The price is exactly the same price for a lot of things, not according to what the food is. Which means, they are essentially overcharging for the vast majority of food. Just scroll through the menu and look at the prices and you'll see what I mean.

I think they are taking advantage of the good reviews they got a 2-3 ago and before. Unfortunately, it's common for multiple businesses. If you look at the recent reviews, they'd probably be 2 stars or lower.

Until they lower their prices and raise food quality again, I'd avoid this place. They are obviously greedy and don't care about quality of food or their customers that kept them in business and rated highly previously.
