Taqueria Parrilla Azteca — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Update from my original 5 star review from a while ago (below this). Called today to place an order and was hung up on. I can speak Spanish, but lose confidence speaking it. Tried to call again and no answer. Ended up driving there and told the lady what happened and how the man hung up on me. She chuckled and asked what I'd like. Started giving my order and she asked rudely what type of meat I'd like. Not sure why she was upset as none of this was my doing. I always liked this place. Even bought large portions of food for parties in the past. But the rudeness in customer service goes a long way, even if the food is decent. Seeing many other reviews knocking the customer service should be an eye opener for this establishment. Will not be returning and spending anymore money in a place to be treated rudely.

This spot was our favorite to go to right after church, the food is delicious specially there lengua tacos, no complains about the food whatsoever, the service on the other hand is TERRIBLE, the waitress is super rude instead of hading out the menus she just kinda threw them on the table, we had my one year old nephew with us and as some know one year olds love to grab food and make a mess we did clean up as much as we could as we were getting ready to leave she came to the table to start cleaning the table with a disgusting look on her face we did apologize for it and she didn’t say anything. Also never once did she check up on us to see if we were good or needed anything else. Went to this place... They have a cashier/waitress doing everything so her attitude already was bad. My autistic son spilled my drink by accident (my wife's drink also spilled in the process) and this lady came over to clean while I tried to apologize but she seemed furious about what had happened. We go without drinks or being waited on for the next 25 minutes until I asked her for a replacement drink. She rarely spoke to us or would come to our table while she went to all the other tables multiple times with a 'better' attitude. She bothered bringing us napkins until after we got up to pay and leave. The food itself was only decent but the service of this cashier/waitress was TERRIBLE.
