La Michoacana Number 1 — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I have been coming here almost regularly since last year. It seems as though the middle aged, short employee does not want to properly do her job. There have been multiple times where I order my Red Bull Preparado and elote with a younger lady, and as well as another lady with black curly hair in the early afternoons, they always make the order the same way and correctly by Asking me which flavor I would like my Red Bull preparado. Including little pieces of mango. I went this evening and the short middle aged employee that works evenings made my drink wrong, and when I told her how it’s usually made, she says I was wrong and that the store has never made the Red Bulls the way I had mentioned that the First Ladies do. And that they have never put little mango pieces in the beverages and that all of the Red Bull preparados are an “orange” flavor. She became frustrated with us and began to gaslight. She also filled under half of my elote en vaso, most of it with juice. It isn’t the first time she shows signs of not wanting to do her job properly, when I had gone a few months back, I chose some items on the menu in which she replied that those menu items are discontinued and they don’t make them ever again. Yet I have had friends who go in the early afternoons to order the same items recently and all of a sudden it’s available? Long story short, terrible service. But props to the morning/early...

Would have gladly come back here but the attitude of the girl serving just totally ruins the atmosphere. It is very clean, organized, everything is neatly on the menu. From the get go i ask what fruits are available for the yougurt and she starts speak taking them and walks away turning her back. I asked for a small yougurt with grapes and pineapple and there was mango and papaya in it too. I forgot to tell her which yougurt and she asked me with attitude. I ask if the have apple and she says no. I completely forgot to ask for banana which she did not me tiom in my yogurt and had already payed and i call her out ( she has gone to the back) and say can I pay you for half a banana i forgot i want some in my yougurt and she give me this look and says i can sell you a whole one. I ask how much and she says 1.50. the then proceeded to hand me a whole banana and i ask if she can cut it up please since I want tomouy it in the yogurt and while she is cutting it i here her on the phone talking to someone and saying this lady blah blah, how much should I charge her. Ended up paying 2.21 for an extra cutbop banana. Good service would had made a works of difference where i would not have minded the extra charge for my mistake of forgetyy the banana but her attitude just ruined the very nicely...

the prices of this location are absurdly high,, I have been to many different la michocanas, and I’m not sure if I’m being charged more because I’m not Mexican/speak the language but I can’t get my head around the fact that I payed $7 for a medium agua frescas and $10 for a medium strawberry con Fresca..: I called other places to see what prizes are for those items and it’s nowhere near that amount,, I absolutely love the food and items it offers but I will not be visiting this location ever again for the insanely high prices for the smallest sizes,, this location is the closest to me but it’s safe to say I will travel additional 3-5 miles to support another store that value their customers and aren’t trying to rip them off.. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE TO SAVE MONEY AND A BETTER EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT!!! Do not recommend this location unless you are trying to...
