I visited the fast food restaurant at around 1:45am. The place closes at 3 am. There was no one in the store. I stood outside by the ordering station for about 10 minutes and then by the drive thru window for another 5. Then I noticed there were some people by the cars talking to each other. At first I thought it was just ordinary people just hanging out but when I drove around it was the McDonald’s staff. I had to ask them to confirm if the restaurant was still open. And the reply was that the system was down earlier. I don’t think I even have to share my opinion of what truly happened here. But if McDonald’s corporation or someone gets to read this, please pay attention to details. However, that would mean that the employees should be by there stations to inform any customers of what is happening. I also had a mobile order and I don’t see how McDonald’s would conveniently have there systems down at 1:30 in...
Read moreWell I don't enjoy giving a bad review however I think being honest to the public and not sugar coating the experience in hopes that these places start to show pride in the products they are selling. At the end of the day some of us don't have alot of money and once in awhile want a treat because we all deserve it. So to McDonalds I had taken my elderly parent to the drive through before we went food shopping I'm sorry we ordered cheese burgers, mom wanted a chocolate shake and fries. The buns were hard and dry, fries were ice cold couldn't eat them they just tasted like dirty oil my mother was handed a shake that was what I called a vanilla shake. They said oh no it's chocolate just not mixed enough however I must say they did give her another. I feel bad I know there alot of hiring issues but managers please teach these kids how to do things the proper ways to do things. Spend the time to train them about quality in the long run you won't lose customers. Things aren't cheap anymore so when we purchase food to treat ourselves we shouldn't have to throw it in...
