Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Sadly, this was our first experience at this location and we will not be back. Not a single person at the front counter. After realizing I had to order for myself on the kiosk, I put in my order for ONE taco and ONE medium drink. While I was given the option to pay cash at the EMPTY register, still no one has been to the front counter to even check on customers. 2 separate groups of people walked in after and proceeded to order their food and paid with their debit/credit card. Still not one employee came up. After several minutes one the 2 groups received their food and the DT employee simply walked away before I could even get his attention. A 2nd employee comes back from break and we hear her speaking to 2 more employees about being out of refried beans. Here comes DT guy again with a cup for the 2nd of the 2 groups and I was able to speak with him at this point, explaining to him we'd been waiting (at this point) 10 minutes for someone to take our money for the ONE taco and ONE drink. He goes towards the back line and tells the woman we've been waiting. In turn this woman replies with "Well, we're out of beef so they'll have to pick chicken or steak." Fine, we'll take a steak taco instead. Another few minutes goes by and we finally receive our taco and drink cup without so much as a thank you, sorry it took so long, or have a good night. My review of 5 is comparing to other Taco Bells that I have been to since it is a well known chain. We ordered a 3 Crunchy Taco Supreme Combo and substituted the typical soft drink of Pepsi for a specialty Wild Strawberry Creme Delight Freeze (reg size) just to try something different for the review. I was charged .80 for the upgrade and the drink was very good and thick. The filling in the taco supremes was enough and as expected. We also ordered the Chicken Quesadilla Combo with the standard Pepsi and that was very good as well. When we arrived at the speaker though there was a sign that their fryer was down for some reason so the fried desserts weren't avail. at the moment and the special fries they have weren't avail. Their loss as I probably would have ordered the dessert. But since the place is brand new it is expected that they will want to make sure everything is running or operating in good order. this is one of the worst places ive ever been to eat, im never one to leave a review let alone a bad one but i came in at around 10:30, me and my friend had just got off work and we were hungry, we made mobile orders, we went in through the drive through, they said they can only do one mobile order at a time, so we went through the drive thru for mine, and went inside for my friends, we were there for a full HOUR. i just got home at 11:40 and i live 5 minutes away, they only had 3 people working and they were visibly angry, they were arguing and cussing at eachother, and i work fast food i work at dairy queen and i csn tell you right now we get pretty busy, but nobody on our team is EVER that bad and upset, were all usually chill because were usually always busy, now i get that we have more staff on shift they have 2 or 3 and we have around 6 or 7 but this is still insane. hire more staff or put more on and maybe this wont happen. the lady kept saying "i dokt care about the people up front, im prioritizing my window" which is insane if your customers are wajting an HOUR for their...
