One of the few options available when I work the overnight at the hospital, with the following events happening more than once. Cold food, damaged box with damaged food, order left in wrong location despite several notes on my order to bring it to the Emergency Dept, forgotten items or out of stock items not refunded on my order. I don't have the option to call the store because I don't get cell service in the hospital, but I am writing this review because my recent order (10/7) was the 14th order I've placed in the last 6 months that did not provide quality service or product. Out of all orders placed at this location, the only time I received decent service was when I tipped over 25% on the order to see if that would help things. Read more07/19/25 I didn't order food but watch out for the person driving tonight in the small domino's car, they were behind me(I had a child in the back car seat ) when we got past the coop service centerin Hanover heading towards Lebanon st, , they got really close and shut all the car lights off for a mile, completely dark behind me. I touched my breaks and could see the reflection of the car way, was way too close, continuing until I went to turn on Greensboro rd at traffic circle they turned the lights back on and flew by towards Lebanon, if I had to stop they could have gotten hurt, or a person crossing but if the child in my backseat got hurt, they wouldn't have made it that far.! Read moreToday my coworker and I ordered a very simple lunch at 11:30. We were given a delivery ETA of 30 minutes. At 12:11 the online tracker said that our food was DONE and going through the quality check. At 12:32 I called to see why it was still going through the quality check and why Tyler, our delivery driver, still hadn’t left the store, I don’t remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to but he told us our food had in fact not even been made yet and it would still be another half hour or so for delivery (which would have made it a 1.5 hour delivery wait which we would have declined and ordered from somewhere else) - needless to say we canceled the order and didn’t get to eat lunch today! I am very empathetic to your short staffed store but next time PLEASE just be honest about your ETA of delivery, some people are at work and depend on that ETA. Good...
