My online breakfast order was cancelled even though it was placed during breakfast hours (before 10:29am). I used their official app, and was already on my way to the store when it was cancelled. I called the store to try and sort out my issue, and got hung up on 3 times. When I went to the store, I asked to speak to the manager. I asked her if their phones were broken. She said “no.” I then asked if she could hear me, and she said “yes.” When I asked why I got hung up on not once, not twice, but THREE times, she didn’t have an answer. “I don’t know.” Awful customer service. Will be calling whoever’s above her. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want reliable service. Dairy Queen, which is where I went after and only a few minutes up the road, had much better service. When I called the store to ask how to customize my order they gave me great assistance. Very personable and patient. I think Wendy’s is close as well, which always has great deals too.
TL;DR manager didn’t know why I was hung up on three times when I called to try and resolve issues in app, much better...

Ridiculously slow, clueless employees, I think 1 spoke English, waiting 10, 15 even 20 minutes..after I was told to pull over and wait...EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there. I waited so long at one point I got out of my car and went inside...the place was EMPTY of customers...with 6 employees!! I ordered a large coffee and a bagel sandwich! I asked what on earth was taking so long..."Oh, is ready now" was the broken English response....no apology, no thanks for waiting...NOTHING! How much are they getting paid??? Seriously!!!
