Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Hanover

Unless you like to eat poison and be belittled, then pay for it! No! Absolutely not! Never order from this particular pizza place. I wouldn't have even done it myself if divinos wasn't closed so early. I know its not the bolis brand cause the one in Baltimore city is fantastic! However this bolis is terrible! Just awful. So not only are the ppl at the counter super rude and not concerned w their work at all but the manager is also very awful to ppl. The driver was even worse, ive never been spoke to like that by a random stranger let alone a person I am literally paying! I gave him an extra four dollars that I didn't have to just to come two blocks to my home so that he could belittle me! This is hands down the worse food, awful service, terrible etiquette, mean spirited ppl and I pay for it!? This place needs to be shut down immediately!!! No wonder I avoid that place. Please do not give your money to these ppl.This is the most unapreciative business other than bstreet. This is a review of the online ordering service and the manager, not the food, nor the employees at this particular location. I placed an online order for pizza and a sub that totaled just under $40 with customizations, taxes, and a tip. Soon after placing the order, I received a call from a polite and friendly female employee informing me that the online menu doesn't correspond to the menu at the Hanover location - the crab pizza I ordered wasn't available. That's fine. But then I was told that because my card had already been charged, I needed to select another specialty pizza. I wasn't interested in another specialty pizza. I asked if I could get my sub with wings instead. I was told that because that would cost less that it would be inconvenient for the manager to cancel the first order and start a new one. Not my problem. Who is the customer here? I cancelled the entire order and better...

I decided to try this place for dinner. I stopped by, ordered my food. I spent the next 20 minutes listening to them yelling at each other in another language. The place looked pretty bad with water damaged tiles and just dingy appearance. I opened my $12.59 steak and cheese and the bread was completely soaked through with grease. Tomato sauce had gushed out of both ends of the sub. It looked as if they had dumped half of a large can of tomato sauce on it. I ate half of it and couldn't stomach anymore. Later I started heaving as my body was trying to get it out. I used to work in a sandwich shop, I looked closer and realized the steak had been dried out. I guess they thought they would try to cover it with sauce? I hope they enjoy that $13.00 because they won't see another...
