Wendy's — Restaurant in Hapeville

Considering I had just gotten through an entire day of travel, I didn't want to cook when I got home so I stopped here since what I wanted was closed. I tried to order a type of lemonade with my drink and was told they no longer had it (it was still on ALL menus; even the guy behind me said the same). When I got to the window I asked for a side of the garlic sauce and was told they couldn't do that (a lie because I had been to other Wendy's who could), but then the manager says that it wouldn't be enough to put in a cup. The girl finds it and charges me and I'm thinking everything is cool...nope. I pull up, get my food, and see that 1. They gave me the completely wrong sandwich and 2. They gave me a literal corner of the garlic sauce which was way too little for what they charged. I went back around and gave the sandwich to the cashier and also asked that she give me the appropriate amount of sauce because that wasn't even the amount they put on the order of garlic fries. When I pulled up, the manager and other young girl asked the cashier why I was back as the young girl put MY sandwich in another bag. I held my receipt up and said they messed my order up. The cashier grabs my sandwich and then put more garlic sauce in my container. Well the manager, who I guess thought the sauce was hers, didn't like that and starts yelling "SHE DOESN'T GET MORE SAUCE!" as the cashier was handing me my correct things. WHAT?!?! All around bad service with the exception of the cashier who was great. That manager has such bad behavior that the workers are emulating it. She needs to go. Won't come back to...

I just left this Restaurant’s Drive Thru & Wow was the Manager was SUPER Rude! (Female with Corn Row Braids, wearing a Royal Blue Shirt with a Navy Print)!

We had Two (2) Separate Orders and that wasn’t the Issue, the Issue was We ordered Two (2) Tangerine Beverages, One (1) with Light Ice & One (1) with NO Ice!

When We asked for NO Ice in the one that was requested to have “NO” Ice, She stated, “You didn’t say NO Ice!!!!” She then Threw the Beverage out and Took the Cup past the Window so We couldn’t see it and did something to it and Returned to the Beverage Machine & Proceeded to Fill the Cup!

Very, Very Unprofessional!

If You’re Tired or Pissed Off, Go Home or find another Job! You’re Handling People’s Food/Beverage! I am Certain that She would Not like it if Someone treated her and her Family that way!

Also, We didn’t get a Receipt, because the 1st Window told Us that the Receipt Machine didn’t work (That Sucks because this is My Lunch & I could have had it for My Tax purposes for My Business)! What if we needed to present the fact that our Order WAS Incorrect, Etc… We couldn’t because we didn’t get a Receipt…

This Person, should not be a Manager or an Employee, if She can Not display the correct Form of Customer Service the Public is owed, since we’re spending Our hard earned Dollars with the Wendy’s...

I was very disappointed in the service at this Wendy's. It is not what I have come to expect from this company. I was having trouble getting my payment to go through on the app, and while the lady behind the counter did attempt to help me, she had to ask her manager for assistance as we still weren't able to get it to work. Her manager brushed her off saying they "can't do anything if the app won't work". I had just downloaded the app for the first time to get a deal that I saw advertised on the window of the restaurant. I asked if they could just manually give me the discount for the burger since I had already tried everything to get the app to load, and I was told no, that wasn't possible. I had to use the app. While I understand that they are not an IT company and they have nothing to do with how the app functions, the lack of even entertaining the idea of giving me a $3 discount when I explained the situation and showed them that I had tried to order through the app is extremely frustrating.
