Red Snapper Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Hapeville

THEY ARE FIXING IT. MAYBE IT WAS THE BUTTER FOR THE LEMON PEPPER. TRYING HONEY BBQ. REDO UPDATE COMING. (So I've always ordered from here. There's a good guy in there but, the rest of the staff I'm concerned about. I called about my recent order and how the cook made chicken fingers for somebody who is asking for hypertension. I've gotten the chicken fingers before and never have I seen so much oil at the the bottom of the bag for chicken fingers. Whoever answered the phone made a horrible assumption that I wanted free food or an exchange and I got on her because that means you're not listening and already trying to speak for me. She didn't ask to take down my number for the manager to call me back until I said you never even asked for my number while you've said I'm sorry so many times before trying to actually getting the problem resolved. She needs training and the cooks needs to work on proportions. She don't know when the manager is coming back but, I know my body feels like a bottle of oil. Sorry, you lost me as a customer but if she would've handled the situation in a caring manner and not a I don't know what to say or do and confused manner...like get trained on how to respond. This was my second time eating at red snapper. The first time the food was decent, but they put lemon pepper on my food. I clearly asked for them not to. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for ocean perch. And this place is no different from every Atlanta restaurant, you may get lucky the first time you order but don’t expect to get the same quality after that. I gave one star for everything because I asked and paid for onion rings got home NO ONION RINGS! Communication breakdown while ordering; I say what I want, she got it wrong about three times. And last, the atmosphere could have been better if they didn’t have trump on the television. You should never have the channel set for politics. I am done ordering food in Atlanta, PERIOD!!! I just opened the other orders and discovered my order was wrong. I asked for a flounder dinner and an ocean perch dinned. So I work nearby and one day I drive by and try the food and it’s pretty good, I got the philly combo w 5 wings— the wings were a bit dried out but still edible and they were polite, and my philly was pretty good. So I decided to try them again, it’s around 10:50-11am I call 3x no answer, so I go by there (as I said I work nearby) doors locked, people inside but the sign says open as well as online. So I go in through the gas station on the side (oddly THAT door was open, so I thought okay maybe they’re only serving walk ins or something). I walk inside and I’m greeted with the worst attitude by a short bald guy who was cooking in the back, and he’s like “why are you here we’re close” BUT THE SIGNS OUTSIDE ARE FLASHING OPEN AND THE DOOR WAS OPEN!
