Visited yesterday and had a marvelous experience; employee with dark hair and glasses gave exceptional service to my family. However, upon returning today for a portable pint to take back home, we experienced terrible service. We could hardly understand one lady who denied us the portable pints at first until she looked at the display pints and saw Harbor Ice Cream did indeed sell them, another girl was too preoccupied with her phone and let others cut us mid-way through ordering, and the last member of the crew assumed he should have been given a tip for otherwise horrible service. Very boutique style ice cream shop with helpful full staff. Very clean well appointed tables and beachy, east coast decor. Kid friendly with clean highchairs and accessible tables. The dining area where food is served was closed on a Monday, so we just got ice cream, which was a nice variety of yummy flavors.
