I have been shopping here for years, but my most recent experience was absolutely terrible. I bought a pair of decently pricy boots on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, I went to put the boots on for the first time and the clasp holding the laces on the boot broke. I called the store as soon as the opened Sunday, the next day, to tell them what happened and to see if I could exchange them.
I spoke with a young girl named Megan, and she was incredibly rude and lacked any sort of customer service skills whatsoever. She told me that all sales were final and I should just try and fix the boot myself. It didn’t matter that the boots had never been worn or that they had simply been purchased a matter of hours ago. All she did was read the store policy over to me.
The boots were very cute and very comfortable, but I wish the store stood by their products. I wish they informed their customers of their no return/no exchanges policy. And I wish they didn’t talk down to their customers and treat them so poorly.
This is a good store as long as the item you get never has an issue. Because if there is a problem with an item, they will very clearly and in no uncertain terms tell you it is your problem...
Read moreMy wife recently bought a dress and and have frequented the store with my three girls since they opened. The dress she purchased the day before was now on the sale rack- 60% off! When my wife asked the sales girl about it she said Jane would have to be the one to approve any adjustments.
So, when she talked to Jane I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED AT HOW RUDE SHE WAS! All she kept repeating, over and over which was so annoying in itself, was “we move stuff to the sale rack daily”. I see that and that’s why she’s asking for an adjustment. She again said we move stuff to the sale rack daily.
She asked her if she would prefer her to return the dress and rebuy it and of course she doesn’t want us to do that but she’s just going to return it for a FULL refund.
We are business owners ourselves and would never treat customers this way if we want them back! They must have so much business they don’t care.

Today, the girl working there was talking with her friends, ignoring customers. No greeting or anything. The group of them was blocking the dressing rooms too, so with items in my hands I had to squeeze by them, and they just ignored me and kept talking.
