Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hardeeville

Honestly, the quickest most efficient and best service I've ever had a high-volume Dunkin location. Every time I came to this location, there was a huge drive thru line and at least five people waiting inside to place an order. Every time I walked in, I was taken care of expeditiously and had my food within 5 minutes of ordering. I spent no more than 10 minutes at the store total every time I came.

AWESOME JOB from these employees and kudos to whoever staffs and manages this location!!!! I travel all over the east coast for work and always stop at Dunkin's for food & coffee and this is BY FAR the best service I've received at any location.

My last time ordering was even a special request, I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and asked to have avocado and tomatoes added. This was perfect! No issues and still had my food and iced coffee in under 5 minutes, even after being 6th in line inside the...

It's the first time we went to this Dunkin' Donuts since we moved to South Carolina. We came from Southern Califirnia, where trust me, donuts are amazing. This visit was disappointing, but my husband purchased donuts at another Dunkin alone a few months ago.... same result. The donuts are so so. We were there today at 1 pm, and there was not a great selection. We purchased coffee - one reg, one decaf - the decaf was just ok. Husband said reg was mediocre. We also purchased some donut holes, chocolate, and blueberry and sat for half an hour making a shopping list. The donuts were again, so so. I will say the employee was very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The bakery and coffee smells were cozy, and we were happy we stopped in. I'll try again in a few weeks, but truly? We need a kick-a** donut shop in Bluffton. If I were thinking of opening a shop... it would be a bakery!...

I visited on July 29, 2019. The place looked beautiful & clean as I walked into the store.

There were no customers in line. I started to give the employee my order, and she told me to “wait” because a fellow employee) needs to ”clock in.”

I ordered a drink, a breakfast sandwich and 6 donuts to go.

One of the six was Boston Cream and it had all of its chocolate frosting missing. The employee told me “that’s what happens in the heat” but the other donuts were not like that.

When I got home, the three vanilla creams I ordered were in fact vanilla custard. ☹️ The vanilla custard were terrible and had very little custard in them. I was incredibly disappointed at their poor quality.

Despite the cleanliness, I will not bother going back.
