Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hardinsburg

Worst pizza hut around, service absolutely harsh employees are rude and snappy, orders are consistently wrong and wait times are 30+ minutes... none of management or employees smile its mass confusion at this location... On nov 15th night of mike tyson fight is the exact night your store and employees were very rude,confused,overwhelmed,and even loud with a delivery man that was only asking about his delivery, because customer had messaged him abiut how much longer... the woman at register snapped at him, he stood up for himself by telling her he did not get upset with her so why was she upset towards him he was doing his job... then our pizza took over an hour was not even cut... we cancelled, lots of people were cancelling orders that night... your team tells people 15 minutes and it might be 45 thats called lying, and not at all acceptable... after reading reviews from last several years at this location it seams you have alot...

It’s a simple concept, I pay for my food? I wait the time you tell me to wait, I get my food.

Too hard of a concept for this store. I waited 1.5 hour for a pick up cheese stick, 1 cheese & 1 bacon pizza, naked wings. A deal they have going. Simple as could be (almost but not simple enough).

If you allow a customer to pay for their order their food should be ready when you say it will be ready. Walk in customer who HAVE NOT paid yet, should NOT take precedence over those whose money you already have.

Hardinsburg is the absolute worst for restaurants and customer service. But not being able to make a simple pizza at a place called Pizza Hut, takes the cake....

Went in to eat. Paid the waitress with a $100 bill. Didn't get any change, and no copy of receipt. My wife went to check, and the waitress had stuck it in her pocket. She told my wife, I told her to keep the change. Which I did not. After a few minutes, my wife told her apparently she needed it more than we did. I called the manager today, and she just says, oh well. I will not darken the doorway again. Someone working there last night said, this isn't the first time she's done that.
