Tony's Pizza &Pasta Restaurant — Restaurant in Hardyston Township

Awful customer service from the girl on the phone (his daughter?) I ordered a dinner portion of mussels and a side salad. When I called to let them know there were 4 mussels and I paid for a dinner portion she told me I was incorrect and to count them again and also that my salad wasn’t delivered. She was a complete condescending b….! After going back and forth she then said she would send a side salad and I asked for another mussels order. So you would think she would have it sent right over but she then called and said it will be about an hr and if I still wanted it? I said yes and at this time it was 5:30. I called at 7:20 since I still didn’t receive it(which I’m sure was done purposely) My husband then said forget it we are done eating and can we just get a refund for the salad and a lunch portion of the mussels (which was still only 4 mussels) and she said no. At this point we will just put it into dispute with our cc company and tell anyone we can to not give them the business. It’s a shame because my husband would be in there all the time for pizza and this is how small...

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have lived here for 7 years, and have ordered here on many occasions. We’ve placed very large orders for many family gatherings, as well as, small orders for just my family. Time and time again, Tony’s Pizza has gotten my order completely wrong. They ALWAYS take longer than an hour to deliver our food, regardless of the size of my order. They ALWAYS forget a part of my order and when I call in to have them send what’s missing, we always have to wait another 45-60 minutes for it to arrive. They also overcharge! It has been so extremely frustrating dealing with them. Today, we experienced the exact same thing. Not only did they mess up our order but they completely overcharged us. When we asked for the original receipt, they re-wrote the receipt and sent that one. They refused to give us the original receipt. We waited more than 2 hours to get our full order. When I spoke to the owner, he simply made excuses for his workers. HORRIBLE customer service. My family and I have made a decision to NEVER order...

This restaurant is a mess. I placed an order with them over the phone and thought all was well. However this was not the case! The cashier called me on three separate occasions to get clarification on my order and then to tell me after a good 20-30 minutes after my initial order was placed that they would be unable to complete my order because they only do gluten free pizzas in personal pizza size. Shouldn't the cashier know what is on their menu and how to properly take ones order to avoid instances such as this?? I wrote it off as being a mistake and hoped that the rest of my experience would be better. Wrong. After an hour and half of waiting, my pizzas were still not ready. I ordered three pizzas and garlic knots. To me that's not a difficult task especially for a restaurant that specializes in making pizzas and Italian entrees. After waiting an abnormally long wait time, I finally received my pizzas at a cost of $80. $80!? For average pizza? That's ridiculous.
