So, it is a beautiful day and I decided to take my granddaughter to get some ice cream. Clearly, they have signs posted on their window that they are open, but only to five patrons at a time. When we entered there was two other people in the store—as we were waiting the server proceeded to tell us that they were not servicing anyone in the inside anymore that I would have to go to the drive thru. My question is why did they not lock the fine in doors. So, we proceed to the drive thru—there are literally 12 cars in line—we waited for 15 minutes and they had only serviced one car—we left. They are not very efficient
Update: I decided to give them another chance experience worse than the first—this time I had tow grandchildren ages 2 and 3 that had fallen asleep. So, I decided to use the drive through—I was told the flavors I requested were out and currently only had 12 flavors available. I looked in my rear view mirror and told them nobody was behind me and could they tell me the flavors. They proceeded to tell me that it would be more convenient for them if I came in. I told them I had two sleeping babies in the car—they continued to request I come in—not pull up to the next window but to come in. I took them up in the request because I was so upset. It told the employee that as the customer it should be about convenience for me—NOT THEM. I had to leave my two sleeping babies in the car—-parked directly in front of the door. Mind you nobody was in the store or drove thru the entire time I was there. I told her since they only have 12 flavors they could write them on a piece of paper and post it on their order board so that the customers don’t have to be inconvenience. I assure you—I will never return to...
Read moreAvoid this place. Last summer I complained because they are constantly out of toppings. I can never get what I want. The supposedly new manager wrote and said that all of that was going to be resolved with new management. Well fast-forward to today I went, and again, out of toppings. First of all, they could not make a smoothie they said they had no ingredients. So I asked for a hot fudge sundae. The guy brought me the sundae with no toppings. I asked where are the toppings. He said oh I am sorry we don’t have any nuts. We also don’t have any hot fudge. Would you like chocolate? No, I would not like chocolate that is not hot fudge. Also, why didn’t you tell me this before I ordered it and not after I had already paid? In reading the current reviews, it seems everyone else has the same issue. How are these guys even still open? I told the guy what my issue is with the store acknowledging that it is not his personal problem. He said that it is not the manager it is that corporate will not give them the things they need. He said that corporate just decides that they don’t need supplies. That is a crappy way to do business. I’m never going...
Read moreOrdered two cakes online a few days ago for my kid's birthdays. Nothing fancy, I just selected basic options and an icing color for the message. Yesterday, I get a call and text letting me know they didn't have one of the cakes and offered a substitute. I agreed to the substitute cake and was told my cakes were ready to be picked up a day early.
I went in to pick up my cakes at my scheduled date and time & several employees began searching for my order. They brought out the substitute cake that looked awful and the icing color wasn't correct. The other cake didn't have any message on it at all.
Seriously, how hard is it to follow instructions that are from your own website?
I told them to keep their cakes! They provided me with a refund thankfully!
I'm very disappointed with this location. I'm hesitant to try any others in case the same level of service is reflected throughout the chain. I should have read the reviews before...
