May 06, 2019 UPDATE: If I could give a NEGATIVE 5, I would. A Hispanic manager had THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE when she took my order, when I asked for better looking chicken. She told me none of their chicken is over 2 hours old. Ok. But why give me the chicken that's 1 hour and 59 minutes old? There was a group of working class older black men. One gentleman told the drive thru employee to give me his chicken several times, he was talktalking with his buddies. She refused. The drive thru girl got my order wrong about six times thinking I asked for a thigh when I clearly stated a side of Cole slaw several times. They were busy laughing and flirting instead of working. The Hispanic manager started yelling at me, rolling her neck and eyes because I told her I'm not pulling up she was screaming, "I said please!!! I said please!!!" I told her it's how she's saying it with the rolling eyes and neck. She then started waving her arms out the window screaming to customers behind me that I won't move and I'm waiting at the window. No one was bothered but she did it like FOUR times simultaneously, so one person left drive thru and went inside. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW LIFE DISPLAY FROM A MANAGER IN MY LIFE AND I RETIRED FROM RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT FOR OVER 30 YEARS. She started shouting about the timer and she has other customers, I whispered that I know about the timer and I know about good customer service and other things. I've managed a KFC in my younger days. Fortunately, Ms Lori walked by to put cash in the drawer, I flagged her down, politely asked for a refund because the Hispanic girl SLAMMED the window shut before I could ask for my money back. Ms Lori sweetly obliged, I told her thank you and reminded her that I'm the lady that use to come get the fresh pot pies for years, she claimed to remember. I told her everyone needs to be like herher and I've never been through such disrespect before. I wish I had recorded it on Facebook. The world would be shocked!!! She said she would handle the rude, attitude, vulgar, supposedly manager. Ms Lori didn't use those adjectives but they are accurate. She probably won't handle it. I think I've had an issue with this same one before but I don't know her and I don't know what her problem is. She DEFINITELY DO NOT NEED TO BE IN FOOD SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The chicken breast was smaller than a thigh, hard and dark like old crispy when it was suppose to be original, the wing was a baby wing and still didn't equal a breast plus it was hard and crunchy. Every time I go to this location they give sub par products. The chicken is ALWAYS OLD. The biscuit was dried and like cardboard and looked stepped on. I ALWAYS have to check when I eat here. Today I sent my daughter and asked her to check the food or ask for fresh when she ordered. Again OLD CHICKEN, DRIED BISCUIT!!! I called and spoke to a manager name Cody? She said BRING IT BACK and she would replace the meal. She wouldn't have to replace anything if it was fresh in the beginning. I asked what about my gas for having to go back and forth. She said she could give me a cookie or a drink. HILARIOUS!!! THAT'S NOT GOING TO COMPENSATE MY GAS!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THERE'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!!...and people wonder why their stomachs be torn up, hurting and diarrhea. OLD...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot a good experience. I went through the drive thru last week and ordered a famous bowl and a Mac bowl. I got a receipt and saw after getting home I was charged for a $3 side of coleslaw that I did not recieve nor order by the cashier "Jerry" according to my receipt. I don't even like coleslaw. I tried to call but got no answer so I turned to the KFC website to make a complaint. I recieved a case number and was told I'd be contacted. The next day I was called and spoke to a Manger, and she offered to give me a free replacement of the meal to compensate since they cannot do refunds outside of the day the charge was made. I was happy with that, as I was just excepting a refund of the side or a free side.
I unfortunately don't have a great memory and did not write this manager's name down which turned out to be a big mistake.
I went today to get this meal for a work lunch and the manager present said they had no record of my name or issue. I went to go inside to see if maybe they just misunderstood my name over the speaker, and the manager met me at the door saying that their GM said they wouldn't replace my meal without my receipt. I was not informed I needed to keep the receipt, but I checked my car just in case I did keep it. I did not since I figured my name being written by a manager would be enough. Apparently not. So now I am not getting any sort of compensation for being charged for something I didn't receive or order. Only giving 2 stars because the original manager I spoke to was quite nice and took the time to listen and wanted to help...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am VERY disappointed in this KFC location. The food is typically good, but I NEVER get what I order. They are ALWAYS out of chicken or I wait forever and still donāt get what I requested. In the past, I ordered at the restaurant and waited forever. I then started ordering online and picking up my order based on the time given. I still wait sometimes, but not as long as today. I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready today. It was not ready, so I politely asked the man at the counter if he could make sure we get all 4 types of chicken as listed on the order. The last time I picked up my order there were no breasts at all and we spent $50+ for the meal. Today we spent $50+ again, I waited 30 extra minutes, I told the staff up front about my last issue, I watched them fill drive thru and other peopleās orders after mine to now be told they are out of breasts AGAIN!!! Wow!! I then ask if we can substitute a few tenders in place of the 4 missing breasts (my husband only likes white meat) and the manager (Eunice) told them no. This food is not cheap! What happened to customer service?? What happened to trying to please your loyal customers, especially as a manager?? I wasnāt even offered a drink while waiting as during previous visits. I never accepted, but at least other managers and staff offered in the past. Not...
