Originally I purchased a mattress and adjustable base online that was a HUGE mistake! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE! I waited a month and half and I could not take sleeping on that mattress not one more night ! I got back online and contacted customer service about exchanging the mattress they told me to go into and store and pick one out then come back home and then go through the processing with them online! I asked if I could do the exchange in store instead, the lady told me that online orders HAD to be done online which made zero sense. I immediately got out of bed now mind you I just had back surgery 3 weeks ago so on top of no sleep and pain I was not too happy to hear I couldn’t just take care of it in one shot! I arrived at the Mattress Firm Harker heights store and was greeted by John. I was told certain things online that were not true about exchanging the mattress we had bought online. John took care of me and took his time making sure I got the right bed for me the second time! I highly recommend going into the store to pick out your mattress! We started all over and now I have the bed that will work for me coming in a couple days! Thank you John for turning my thoughts about Mattress Firm around! On top of getting me the bed I wanted he had a great and friendly attitude! 5 Star service all the way! After dealing with chronic back and neck pain from a car accident years ago, my issues began to worsen. My spouse and I realized our mattress might be part of the problem. We were getting our walls painted in the master bedroom so we slept in one of the guest rooms and to my surprise, I noticed some relief in my joints and back. We originally chose a Serta iseries mattress (clearance) but since they know longer have the mattress on the floor to test out we took a chance on it. We also purchased two TempurPedic pillows and an adjustable base and let me tell you, Tatjana gave us an amazing deal!!! When the iseries mattress didn’t work out for us, she continued to support us with the same level of care and understanding, helping us find a better fit without any pressure. We end up with the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid High Point II Medium, and we’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now, my joint pain is minimal, and my back pain has drastically improved. Finally decided to purchase a new mattress with the Harker Heights location after the sales guy said he would give us a better deal than a neighboring store. Current sale includes a free base with purchase so we explained what we had to sales guy. He said the base would fit with our platform bed. Brent also told us about a competition between the local stores to see who got the best reviews and if we mentioned him then he would try to rig the pillow drawing for us to win. Delivery guy came and said base would not fit on our bed so I called immediately. Sales guy said that he would fix it at no additional charge. Two days later the manager calls saying we needed to pay an additional $700 so I tell him what Brent told me. Of course Brent denied it and said we were offered box springs. Why would I need box springs for a platform bed? After many phone calls, the manager said the base we needed would be delivered free of charge. Well again the wrong base was delivered so I called again.. Allen took a message for the manager bc he was out until Tuesday.
