Latest SN addition to our family went to Florida to a couple with long term serious sleep problems. (One woke frequently and snored. The other woke because of the snoring and had to go sleep on the couch.) Their new split top SN bed has been in use for more than a month now, and they are both gratefully sleeping through the night, together. No waking, no snoring. Thank you, SN!

Not only did he explain each mattress we looked at, he gave us a "test drive" of each mattress and helped us find our sleep numbers and the best mattress for us. Needless to say, our mattress search stopped there and we are now proud owners of a sleep number bed! Nathan didn't push us or use any annoying sales tactics, and we appreciate that. Read moreI have had nothing but poor experience with the phone support from Sleep Number. The warming element on our bed platform needs to be replaced and the customer service team (I believe are in the Philippines) placed on me hold for 45 minutes! Then when the CSR Rep came back on; he pretended to not hear me even though my phone was still on. He hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager to complain of the unprofessionalism and poor customer service experience. I got transferred back into the que to speak to a customer specialist. The Warming Element is $499 plus $150 to install. We've only had the bed for two years and already these financial burdens are appearing. Save your money, and get a Tempurpedic. At least those beds are comfortable and reliable. Never again will I purchase Sleep Number. I called again and a "Kia" answered...
