Taqueria Jalisco — Restaurant in Harlingen

I will never go back again. I have been going to this location for a while and never had any issues. I went today order the order of 6 tacos everything on the side, which was correct! However, my husband was not instead of just correcting the issue she fought on it that she confirmed the opposite of what I was asking for. I wasn’t upset just wanted it fixed and still wanted to argue stating she confirmed the opposite. This is why people lose customers!! The customer is alwaright doesn’t matter what happened. I just wanted it fixed she made it a big deal just to give me the food with just the meat and queso mexicano!! Then accused me of apparently ordering a different day. That was irrelevant from the order I had placed. If I did or didn’t I wasn’t speaking about that. I was just wanting the order fixed nothing else. I didn’t even ask for my money back but she was very unprofessional. Then I got told that she was the manager. This is the first time I have any issues with this location and completely ridiculous. I used to be a manager at a restaurant and you don’t treat them this way no matter if they are wrong just correct it...

Came in for a late lunch and thought the place was brilliant. It's not a new place all shiny & pristine. It's the classic taqueria with just kick you in the butt good food. The menu isn't big, but the flavors are. I had the four tacos and almost wept I enjoyed it so much. The meal came with two ketchup bottles of salsas: Red Hot and Yellow Hot. The small bowl of limes was brilliant and a great add to the tacos. There was also a small bowl of the most sublime charro/pinto beans. I could have stopped there. The tortillas on the tacos & the grilled onions made it an absolutely special meal. Finally, the side was a loaded baked potato! Unique and it was a brilliant taste. Terrible food !!! No remorse either when I called today to let them know and the lady claimed theres NO MANAGER NOWHERE ?? The meat was dry and hard and my husband and i just left it there , I asked for refund or at least to let the manager know how the cooking was when I went last nite and she was rude as hell saying there’s no manager and she doesn’t know when there coming back , she said I should’ve brought it back , I’m like I live very far away in out of city limits I wasn’t gonna drive back like it was so close , DONT GO THESE PLACES !!!!SAVE...
