Texas Branding Iron Burgers — Restaurant in Harlingen

Went to eat lunch had a great lunch. Invited a family member we had a great time. Saw my ticket and had seen one plate on special,thru on line add. Did not notice an over charge. Contact about charge was told by Mary employee just bring receipt and will do good. Return for lunch with ticket and told lady about over charge,she said I was incorrect it was charged right the way she did it. Had already ordered my food I just wanted to pay so I could leave did not want overage. But insisted I was wrong. Then I was insulted by her wanting me to say I was wrong and this was the manager she did not charge or took my order. So I then said forget the order. She looked at me with a smug expression like she put me in my place. If you put a special on a plate honor it. This is management do not recommend her for service feel they need better employees than her, sad but will not return poor attitudes towards customers just the manager not the other employees they were great every time I would go....

Place is great. Food sucks so bad. Haven't eaten this place in about a year or so. Decided its been a long time and wanted my favorite burger. Just a number 1 and fries. I also tried out those bistek tacos. The burger seems smaller. I looked at the patty and it seems alot different. Once I took a bite I knew this was some fake ugly crap. Mcdonalds patties taste better than this. I thought maybe they gave me a wrong patty from a different menu item but no. These are there patties. I pay more for trash food. The fries were weird. Like they had potential but it just didn't cut it. The tacos for 6 of them for 10 dollars is insane. But I got them to try them. There not bad but not for that price but there not that great either. This place has changed alot. Go back to the old stlye burgers and patties. Till then. I'll NEVER EVER return to iron burgers again. So disappointed. Save your money and go to chilis Dennys ihop or applebees for a quality burger. They are charging the same dam price...

The employee here obviously did not know customer service, I walked in to place my order at the register and it was a male taking my order, first I just wanted to order a burger and was informed that there was no cheese. After that I wanted to order a hotdog combo, and in the middle of me ordering a random person cuts in front of me in line and starts ordering and the employee disregards me as if I wasn’t there and proceeds to taking that man’s order, no consideration nothing. Starts taking that man’s ordering right in the middle of my order being taken, so then I mention something to him that I was there first & the employee laughs and tells the man that he’s gonna take our order. The fact that I had to mention something so simple and just plain common sense to him is what was infuriating. Rude employees and will not return to this establishment.
