Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harmar Township

I was very disappointed with my visit to this store. When I pulled up it took awhile to greet me which is understandable because they were slightly busy. The worker asked what I wanted, I gave my drink order (medium iced mocha extra cream & sugar), and she then told me to pull forward. She didn't ask if I was done or liked anything else. Then when I politely told her I wasn't done, she got snippy. When I ordered 2 orders of the ham cheese roll ups she said did you want 2 or 4 cause they come in two. I repeated myself and said '2 orders of' so yes that would be 4 please. I then pulled forward. When I received my drink there was a ridiculous amount of sugar in it and a ring of sugar at the bottom of the cup on the outside. Then when I got to work and opened my food they had the ham & cheese roll ups in individual bags (typically 2 come in 1 bag) and they were cold. I work 2 min from this store. Now I've worked fast before and I'm able to tell when someone's order is messed up on purpose. I was never once rude, yelled, or raised my voice. Just politely told her I wasn't done ordering. I've always been a Starbucks girl but when my work changed so did my coffee place. Here has been my experience after 4 visits about a week apart (different days of the week, time of day, staff) : 1. paid for hash browns and a breakfast sandwich with no egg- sandwich had egg on it and no hash browns were in the bag. 2. Ordered breakfast sandwich with no egg- the sandwich had bread and cheese with the sausage on the OUTSIDE of it. 3. Ordered iced coffee with sweetener. Was asked if I wanted cream and I stated no - received an iced coffee with cream and no sweetener. 4. Arrived at 5 - NOT OPEN. Opened at 5:05 (was 6th car waiting in drive thru). When I attempted to order a breakfast combo I was told that I could not because "we just opened and the ovens aren't ready" - maybe they would have been ready if the staff arrived on time to prepare for the day. I will be going out of my way now for Starbucks- 10 extra minutes is worth not...

I wanted to eat at Dunkin donuts for a breakfast sandwich hash browns and hot tea today. I had to send back which I was told to throw away the hash browns because they were burnt and cold. I waited 8 or 10 minutes for new ones. And they were cold too. I should have asked for my money back but I didn't. The sandwich was ok but was too big to put into my mouth. I asked for them to cut it in half for me but was told they don't have knives. The one clerk that waited on me gave me a plastic knife and fork. She was very kind and friendly. My sandwich and hot tea and a donut was the only things that I had at Dunkin donuts. I probably won't be going back there for a while. I'll be going to a different place for breakfast. Dunkin's it ok for donuts but not for breakfast. I do not Recommended for...
