The service is usually great, but the girl in the drive thru right now wasn't very nice to me at all. I ordered on the app when I was close to the store and went into the drive thru to tell them my name. She thought that I had said a different name at first, so I corrected her that it wasn't me and told her my first name again. She told me that they didn't get to my order yet and to just pull up, so I said I just wanted to tell you. So I pulled around and I tried to tell her my name again, she didn't hear me and i said it again and she got an attitude with me then closed the drive thru door. Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time, but after today, never again. I walked in planning to sit down and order in a few minutes like I’ve done many times before. Instead, I was told I had to order something immediately or I needed to leave. The tone was rude, the attitude was terrible, and the whole experience just felt completely unwelcoming.
I’ve never been treated like that at any other Starbucks. The way they spoke to me was completely unnecessary and honestly made me feel like I wasn’t even welcome. Read moreI come here at least once to twice a week. There is an older woman who works the drive thru in the mornings. She will make sure to reprimand you if you do not CLICK drive thru, and then tell you how many steps are added for her to grab it at the pick up counter. As a customer I would rather drive farther out of my way than to start my mornings at 6:45 am getting scolded for forgetting to click a button (I mobile order all the time to other Starbucks and have never had this happen). It’s terrible customer service, maybe she needs retrained or taken from the window. Sad to say this is now the third time and I am done...
