It's official: Avoid this place at all costs!!! As a restaurant, this place has gone downhill so far, I'm surprised they stay open. Its been nearly 2 years since my last horrible takeout experience, and I regretable gave them another chance... HUGE mistake. I placed an order through their website. Just a simple salad with chicken. I drove home, opened up the bag, and found a beautiful salad... except, no dressing. True, it's a small mistake. However, it's also a 10-15min drive each way, and eating a dry salad is not enjoyable. (And no, I don't have dressing at home). And I can't forget the delightful experience at the bar while waiting for my food. The bartender got in a loud argument with a customer who ordered a "boil with peperoni," but he was served a salad bowl. The bartender argued that he said, "Bowl." I wasn't there when he ordered, but it seems like a simple misunderstanding. She continued to tell him [what] he said while he tried to calmly repeat, "boil." She eventually took it away and told him to "finish your drink and get out!" Very unprofessional experience for the entire restaurant to witness. Food - 2 Stars, because WHEN it is actually right, it's pretty good, but it's rarely correct. Service and Atmosphere - 1 Star. Try ANYWHERE else, but this location Previous experience, circa 2022-ish: Ordered Uber Eats for 3. (Crab pretzel, 3 tacos with chips and salsa, and shrimp and pork Fajitas.) When it was delivered, there were no Tortillas for the fajitas, only one thing of salsa, (although the fajitas and chips and salsa were each supposed to come with salsa), and the cheese for the fajitas what was just thrown in a large container, (see picture). Obviously, I can't really enjoy fajitas with no tortillas. And the missing salsa really takes away from the chips and fajitas. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. I received the typical, "manager isn't available, I'll take you name/number and have him/her call you shortly. " Never received a call back. I gave 2 stars b/c when they get the order right, it isn't bad... It's just getting harder and harder to have a good experience at this location. Consider a different location if you have the ability to do so. Especially for delivery service since they can't "make if right" when (not IF), there's a mess up from the kitchen.

The night time male bartender is very disrespectful, because Arooga's used to take Google Pay and Apple Pay. But now the disrespectful night time male bartender is telling me that they don't and was about to kick me out and take my drink away, but I told him quickly that I have a card on hand to pay with, but I accidentally gave him my ID. Right when he was kicking me out I showed him I had my card to pay with, so he let me stay, and on top that because he was so mad from his own mistake he made he said "that this was the only drink he was going to serve me and told me to enjoy it and after that he was kicking me out and that I needed to leave and that I was being barred for the night." Mind you this was my first and only drink of the night, I didn't even drink anything at all as of that moment. This man employed at Arooga's as a bartender is very disrespectful even after I said can I talk to you to smooth everything out, he was still disrespectful. Even though I didn't even do anything in the first place. At the end I don't know what kind of employees they pick to be employed at Arooga's, but for him to treat me a customer the way he did. I really don't think I'm ever coming back ever again to Arooga's. Seriously, because if this is the way they pick what kind of employees they have to treat customers the way they do at Arooga's. I really don't want any part of any of the services provided at Arooga's ever again seriously.

The mozzarella triangles tasted like the Friars need changed and the Boneless Wings weren't as good as I expected. It also took a while to get the food there were a group of us and they bought it out like literally one at a time since we had two children this didn't exactly work. One of the kids was practically done with their food before the other kid even got theirs bought out. Some of the items we ordered were off the appetizer menu so you would think that they would have been bought out sooner. However our waitress was the most wonderful person ever she changed our meal for a different meal for one of the kids she was great I definitely recommend her and I felt bad because it's not her fault that the food wasn't the best.

Went to pick up an online to go order for 7pm Wednesday night. Estimated time of about 22 minutes from order put in to pick up, not bad at all! I get to the establishment, unfamiliar with it and the routine, to stand around and be ignored for several minutes while the waitress decided she'd rather be at a table eating and talking to her friends rather than check in on the lost pregnant lady standing alone at the front doors. Eventually, after she sacrifices herself and pries herself away from her table of friends from the back, I have to call her attention and force her to look at me to ask about my online order pick up to where she points to the bar and says "over there" and keeps walking away without batting an eye. I walk over to where I see a bag of food alone and stand in front of it for a minute, unsure if it's mine or not, as the bartender was busy making drinks and once again was being ignored. I have to reach over across the bar to check the contents of the bag myself and luckily it was mine. I get home maybe 5 minutes later and everything is lukewarm/cold, and my dessert instead of it being the warm delicious cookie skillet with ice cream that me and baby were looking forward to eating, was just 3 lame scoops of ice cream with cookie nowhere to be found. I wasted $50 on date night for me and my partner on take out at this location. Never again. Atleast the pulled pork Mac and cheese he ordered wasn't bad. Otherwise complete waste of my time and my money. Severely disappointed, it wasn't even a busy night in there for them!! Whoever that white older woman who was one of the waitresses last night is, I don't know how you got that job, but I sure do know you don't deserve to keep it. Will not be wasting my time with this 2nd st...

Was possibly the worst experience I've had at a national chain in a long time. We (4 of us) sat down at our table, and the server took more than 10 minutes just to get our drink order. By that time, we all knew what we wanted. She said she would ring it all in, and then 20 MINUTES later, we finally got our drinks. It took the staff another 30 minutes to get our food out to us. An hour to get food on a Tuesday night is not acceptable.

But wait, there's more. There were 2 burgers and 2 orders of wings for our entrees. Both burgers were ordered the same, although one was medium-rare, and the other was well done. One of the burgers was supposed to have the Sriracha aioli but the server fought with her saying that they didn't have sauces on them. One order of wings came out hot, while the other wings came out cold (mine). I kindly asked her to get them re-made, but when they came out I knew that the cook just microwaved them and added more sauce. The server confirmed my suspicion that he indeed did just microwave them and put them on a new platter. That i know for a fact, is not how the cook was taught to re-fire something that is fried. That is health code violation territory.

When I contacted the manager about my disgust with the food, he argued with me saying that the platter wasn't hot so how would I know it was microwaved... like seriously, screw you dude. I get it, COVID screwed up your plans of being a hot-shot manager on 2nd street, but you can't be an asshat to customers when they know the truth.

10 out 10 would NOT recommend for anyone to go there. If they can't handle a tuesday night, then how can they handle a weekend without getting...
