So I walked in, placed an order and waited. The lady at the register took my order and I paid. Waiting for everything to be ready and once it was, the same woman then confirmed everything was there and pointed out what was what. So I took her at her word as it was already bagged up.
I leave and drive away. I get back to my hotel room and find that 1/3 of the order is missing. So I call and am told that they will make the missing food and I have to go back and pick it up and there's no compensation that will be provided. I said surely, with such a mistake I get some kind of apology or compensation. I'm told, "No I'm not aware that you are. We can remake the food for you and you can come pick it up."

Absolutely, wonderful food but disappointed in poor treatment I recieved. I understand they're busy during lunch time but I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for 2 tacos. Though they served a man before in approx 10 minutes. Even that's fine but I see when the staff is making my taco, they added cheese when I said no cheese. When I mentioned it, he looks at me and rolls his eyes and goes onto another order. Had I been a different persuasion or looked different. I honestly, don't believe it would've happened. I love supporting minority businesses period over all, we share struggles. When things like this happen, I'll take my my money elsewhere. I read the reviews before I decided to write one as I had to calm down after receiving what was the WORST shrimp burrito I ever had in my life. They need to go have lunch at a normal Mexican restaurant. I guess I am used to NJ because even the fast food tacos are awesome, like Moe's Grill or Chipotle. They need to go to a spot like that and learn the flavor of real Mexican food. The other burrito was the TexMex thing that was spicy and yea, the meat is like this shredded up stuff within rice and yuck.
