Arrived 1 hour before closing and the dining area was not clean. Tables were not cleaned, debris on the floor, garbage piled high, drink station was a mess. My first thought was to turn around and walk out but it was already late 9:00pm so I just went ahead and decided to order. The two young ladies that served me were pleasant. Since it was almost closing I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt for the messy food area and counter. Still pushing through I’m now moving down the line and right before the young lady that served my toppings started. A short women with blonde hair and a small hair bun, reached over the food and started pulling down the small little containers that they use to fill up with salsa, guacamole, queso. She didn’t have any gloves on she was removing the topping containers and then these little white stacked up clips the servers use to separate customers orders 3 of them fell into my chicken bowl. Then short women removed them didn’t say a thing and just keep on with her conversation with another worker. Literally didn’t say sorry I’ll fix you another one or anything. Just keep on doing what she was doing while not having on gloves. I had to ask for my bowl to be remade. Now I’m at the check out and there are food crumbs all over the place. I won’t go back I’ll continue going yo university. Ridiculous this place hasn’t been open a month! The food was alright considering. I said an extra prayer and ate!

Read moreI recently placed an order at this location and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. My steak bowl was made with uncooked brown rice, and the steak itself was dry. I also ordered a side of guacamole and a small drink. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I reached out to both the restaurant and the Chipotle support team Bernadette and Jonnarie, both ( Coordinator Customer Care). I was assured that I would receive a refund or credit. However, despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, I have yet to receive any resolution.
I value good customer service and was hoping for a more timely response. I’d love to continue supporting this location, but I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and improves the resolution process...
Read moreThird time food is messed up, workers are inexperienced and rude and clearly don’t know what they are doing. Constantly messing up orders and are always backed up. For a new location they are leaving a TERRIBLE first impression. I suggest they change up the whole staff because clearly they don’t want to be there in the first place and don’t care to provide good food or customer service. Not only that but they gave me food that I can’t even consume bc of my diet restrictions all because they can’t follow simple instructions on how to put ingredients in a bowl.
