I had a gift card for Domino's that I wanted to use on a Tuesday evening and got on the website to order and first could not change an option for time when trying to place an order then it said the store nearest me was closed. So I decided to just look at a menu online to see what I wanted so I could call and place my order But there is no way to check the menu without putting a start time in first which as stated previously I was unable to do. So I called the store to see if they were open. The store was open and a gentleman answered the phone and asked me if it was carry out or delivery. I live in the town next to where the business is and they usually deliver to our local dollar store. So when I asked for a delivery the young man yelled to the back of the store and asked if anyone was going to this town and I heard a gentleman in the background say no so the gentleman returns to the phone and says we are short delivery drivers we can't deliver tonight and I asked where was the closest place they could and they stated a car dealership between our two towns and I said that is fine The gentleman said again we are short a driver tonight and I said that's fine I can pick up from the car dealership and then he hung up on me. I would expect this from a business that was not established but Harrisburg having Domino's for decades now they should really have some of their kinks worked out especially when someone is just trying to find a price guide.. not sure if I'll ever use my gift card now because of the poor poor service and information...
ย ย ย Read moreThe pizza is always fresh and hot when we get it delivered, and the workers are friendly when we do carry out. Really great deals all the time on the app, and sometimes in the store. We're able to get about 3 pizzas and stuffed cheesey bread for under $30. However, I'm giving 4 stars because every single time I order a buffalo pizza with ranch as the base, I get one of two things: no chicken, no ranch base, and no buffalo sauce. Basically just dough and cheese. Or I end up with no chicken and buffalo sauce. We do get a credit for the next order when we call and let them know, and the employees seem apologetic, but this has happened more than 7 times. We quit doing delivery when I order that specific pizza, and now strictly do pick up only. Every time we pick up the pizza we check them at the counter, and they have to remake the pizza. I won't insult the employees, because I get how stressful and busy food service is as a past food service worker myself. However, I feel they should read the orders better, or double check the order before baking. With that said, this is a great pizza place especially when you're on a budget. Use the app and ask for the daily deals if you call. The drivers have always been very friendly, so remember to give...
ย ย ย Read moreThis place is the biggest joke there is. Dan (the owner) treats his employees like dogs. He works them to the bone and cheats them out of their hard earned money. There's no wonder they have such a high turnover rate. He makes his buck by screwing over the very customers that support his posh lifestyle. Don't order from here if you want an honest deal. He cheated a 17-year-old girl out of 27 dollars when HIS employees messed up her order, took it back, and did not refund her money because he "gave her a better deal" for a product that she did not want and was overcharged for. Yet when confronted, his story changed to it all being a "misunderstanding." We're not fooled Dan. Is that the type of establishment you want to do business with, because I sure don't, and never will again. If you want Domino's so bad, go to Marion where you will actually be treated with respect by both owner...
