(7-16-2025) When I placed my order with Tae and everything was fine. I advised him when I placed my order to add light cold foam. He said okay, and I proceeded to pay. As I was waiting, I noticed the store was trashed and Tae was talking to someone on the phone. Then a female employee handed me the drink. The cup was half filled with coffee and the other half with cold foam. I advised her that the coffee was not made correctly. I also advised her that I requested for light cold foam. Tae proceeded to walk over to the order out section. I kindly asked him why he didn't inform his employee that my request was light cold foam. He informed me she made the order wrong anyways. I advised him that he did not answer my question and regardless of if she did or didn't make it wrong, he still did not provide her the information. So, you are in the wrong. He said OKAY in a crass way. I then asked to speak to the manager, and he was so rudely happy to get the manager. When the manager came to the front, I advised her of the situation and took placed. Then I began to tell her how rude and ill-mannered Tae was being. I advised her that the female employee was extremely nice and remade my drink with no issue but boy employee was out of line. The manager apologized for the issue and offered me a donut for my child. I advised her she did not eat donuts, so she offered me a refund (CHK1567). I received the refund and advised that I was not trying to be rude to him or get out of character. I was only advising him that he did not do right by my order, and he did not have to be a douche about it. He could have gave a simple apology and left it. Tae hollered across from the counter, "What did you call me?!?!" I repeated what I said, and he almost came across the counter to attach me. The employees and manger held him back and the manager demanded him to go to the back. She apologized multiple time, and I left. Tae should not be working with customer if he is going to be treating the customers rudely and in the mind set of wanting to attach them. The worst part is my 4-year-old daughter had to witness this man trying to...
Read moreI will never give this place another chance to earn my business — or the business of anyone I know. Just because you were having a bad day doesn’t give you the right to ruin someone else’s.
When I started speaking with your manager over the phone and began explaining the situation truthfully, you took the phone from the other employee and hung up, saying you were going to quit. You knew you had told her something completely different from what actually happened. I could go back and forth with you, but it was never that serious — we’re talking about an order of six vanilla sprinkle donuts.
The employee at the window was willing to correct the mistake in my order — which you got wrong. The situation only escalated because of your attitude. As the shift manager, it's unacceptable for you to speak to customers the way you did. The fact that he was ready to make it right, while you chose to escalate things over six donuts, is honestly unbelievable.
I asked for my money back and let your snide remarks slide. It’s wild that you messed up the order when you were the one taking it. And then to treat me like I was some kind of fool — that’s where you crossed the line. I was buying donuts for my kids, and somehow you thought it was okay to comment on my diet? Even more bizarre, you suggested I meet you after work — what exactly did you mean by that, especially when I was already there?
I guess you thought that would intimidate me into leaving. And then you brought up calling the cops — don’t make threats you don’t intend to follow through on and then try to hide behind law enforcement. What stood out the most was that your coworkers weren’t even surprised by your behavior. They clearly know you have a temper, and that’s honestly sad.
I've never had an issue coming here — I’m a regular customer. But I’ve never seen or interacted with her before, and I can confidently say she’s not someone you’d want representing your business.
Due to this experience, I’ve decided not to return...
Read moreBeware!!!!!! Rude Management!!!!! What happened to customer service? This morning, I attempted to notify the cashier in the drive thru that my order was missing an item only to have the Assistant Manager come over to tell me I was a liar and I never ordered my item. Problem is I did! My husband heard the whole conversation, as I had him on the car phone during pick up. First problem was she came to the window with a horrible attitude! After calling me a liar and arguing with me, I asked to eliminate confusion if I could order the missing item and not go back and forth about what I did or didn't order. I was then told in order to get my item, I was going to have to wait in line, probably another 20 minutes, and there was absolutely nothing she could do, while walking away murmuring, just pay for your order, which I already had. I have been a Manager in customer service for 30 years and have NEVER treated anyone with such disrespect EVER! I also know the importance of reviews. I even remained kind after her total disrespect and nastyness! Something needs to be done at this location. After spending $35 this morning, I will NEVER return and DO...
