I normally love Jersey Mike’s! They have the BEST subs around, hands down. However, I was let down this last time I was there. I placed an online order for pickup and while most of the subs were correct with what was ordered, some were not. Especially a roast beef sub that was ordered. I took one bite of the sandwich, and while it did taste good, there was hardly any meat on the sandwich whatsoever! If there was 2 slices of roast beef on this whole sub, that was being generous. Most of the sandwich was lettuce, which I asked for light lettuce and received about 1/2 lb, no lie. Some of the other sandwiches were missing ingredients that were asked for. It’s situations like this that make people not want to use the order ahead feature and just order it in store. This way, they have to make it in front of you and you know you’re getting what you’re asking for. Because you have no idea that your sandwiches are not what you ordered until you get home and open them up. At that point, who really wants to have to go back out, go back to the restaurant and go through the whole process over again. That was the point of order ahead. Read moreCame in Saturday late afternoon on November 30th. Tried to place an order, it was extremely difficult. The young lady wearing with the very large glasses would not talk or open her mouth. She just starred at me in a weird way! She mutters and is barely audible. Maybe she was just having a bad day! I wanted to send her home for the day! She was Awful!
The other young lady with the braces should be the one taking orders and cutting the meat. She was an excellent communicator, knows how to make a sandwich and has an excellent demeanor. The day crew is excellent.
Also, I did not appreciate the guy with the extremely long dreads swinging his braids around the food. Very Unprofessional when working around food. I thought the was a health code in Cabarrus County that states everyone should be wearing a hair net!

Read moreThere is some sort of issue/error occurring with online ordering. Today I ordered a #2 and a Philly & both had modifications, the #2 I paid extra for extra cheese & removed onions, added pickles & banana peppers & Mayo. Got home & none of the modifications were there but also noticed the receipt taped to the bag just says the order summary not the itemization. Not sure if the detailed receipts aren’t printing or what’s going on but this has happened several times now & has officially convinced me to just make my own sandwiches at home. Also not a dealbreaker but they’re not cutting the sandwiches in half anymore so they’re impossible to eat or check until you’re home not driving. The girls working were very friendly & it’s usually a clean & kind atmosphere depending on business, so I’m thinking there’s an ongoing issue with online orders coming through or which receipt is being used.
