Mi esposo no quiere saber más nada de este restaurante,tienen un personal pesimo! Well my experience in this restaurant 🍴 it wasn't good at all, first all the staff were not friendly with me and my family 👪 , their actitud was like they weren't toon happy working on Sunday. I tried to talk to the waitress and she was kind of mean with me when I told her that someone recommended that restaurant to us and, she was like mmmmmmm I don't care face, then she asked me about what we were like to drink, we told her what we were like to drink,quickly she asked what do you want to order? We ask for some more time and she make a not funny face she walked away like she were mad, then 3 minutes later she come and asked about what we want to order in a bad manner as she were mad well we proceed to order our food, then she place our order, later someone else come to our table with our food exactly how we ordered, 5 more minutes and she come asking for dirty plates, my husband get mad and say, hey please let us eat and come back later we haven't eaten yet. She walked away and never get back to our table, minutes later we was looking for her but for any reason we didn't see her. So we asked for a box to go, to another waitress that was not so please to do it, but anyway she went to the kitchen and grab a box to us. We put some tips in the table and walked to the register ready to pay. The guy at the register was more calmed and try to dialogue with us at the end. we walked back to out to our car, we noticed that the waitress cleaned the table the sooner as we stand up and let the tips on the table. This is a really bad actitud, she don't know me and my family to treat us like a piece of sht. We drove from kannapolis to there just to have a disgusting time. This is to fair... They should act like that. I think we never will go back again. I were like to eat to other places and I know that this other people were more happy to have us as...

Service was unpleasant to say the least. Upon entering I requested a table for two. Then asked, "Just two?" Yes that's right two! Then again later confirming, only two right? I said, " Yes, two." Then sitting at the table the server asked, "It's only two?" WOW, yes two! I felt judged my server and manager or host, watered down queso, and corn tortillas weren't edible, server did NOTHING in response to these concerns and also the fact that he was missing since he took our order until our check came and haven't been able to request a spoon. His response was, "Uhhhhh..... okay?" brought the check and left. Later I asked another server if I could speak with my server and she told me she would tell him to come out... The person I think was the manager/host came to our table and asked what I needed, I requested another round of "what I thought were complimentary chips/salsa" manager said, "Um, no. I can't." When I asked why he stated, well I can if you want to buy some, "It's only $1.99." I questioned why would I have to pay, he said, "Because you are already done with your dinner." ..............WHAT in the world!?!?!?!?! If my child, who was in the restroom, wants another round of chips and salsa, that are "complimentary" then that's what should be provided..... I didn't leave, I didn't pay for my dinner yet, nor have I went home and came back to ask for this..... Why would you insult your customers in this way? He (the manager/host) then said, did you want to order that? I said, no, I don't want to pay for a complimentary item....? He said okay, and left the table.... only to return with a small to-go bag of chips and apologized saying he didn't realize I had queso at the table..... What??????????? If this is how you treat your customers.... I'll never be one again. This is an awful way to treat people. And yes I still left a tip because it's the only right thing to do. Another tip, treat people better and show care...

No Doubt, this is most popular and overrated restaurants in our area. and I’m sure it will remain the same for many years. but my experience was very disappointed at this place on 10/10/2021.

1. Restaurant staff did hung-up the phone twice while i was placing the order.
2. I have placed the order for Vegetarian Fajitas and extra tortillas. I have repeatedly told them "Please make sure NO Chicken or No Meat in my order". Order # 167761.
3. I have paid and picked-up the order and came back to the home. Tortillas was missing from the entire pack. I have checked the receipt and they already charge me for the extra tortillas. I immediately called the restaurant manager to give a chance to make it right. but I found they did not want to listen to me. The manager immediately declined the error from their side. On top of that they started blaming on me. Manger told me rudely "You should check the order before leave the restaurant". i found that reply very unprofessional. Manager hung-up the call while i was talking. Looks like he did not care the customer bringing complaint.
4. It is not over yet, I found chicken piece in the Vegetarian fajitas pack. (Attached picture to support my complaint). That's made me to write this review. and my intense to make the Vegetarian customer aware. I had to throw everything in to the trash can. Wasted money and spoiled the Sunday night.
5. Few months ago, i had my two-year-old son with me to pick-up the order. I called them while standing just outside of their main door. I have requested them to bring my order till the door. I did not want to take my son inside the restaurant. The lady on the counter denied to cooperate. i had to take my SON inside the restaurant. On the same day i paid for the extra tortillas but it was missing from the pack after reaching home. Please Be aware Vegetarian. Hope this will help others. Please pardon...
